I need one of you Legal experts to help me with this question. Assuming that President Trump declares a National Emergency on the Border and uses Defense/etc. funds to build the wall and the Democrats find a 9th Circuit Judge to halt that, is there any legal method for Trump’s attorneys to fast track that decision to the Supreme Court for a final decision rather than waiting the slow process through the Appeals Courts? There has to be a way of circumventing the methodical slow, slower and slowest process through the Appeals courts on a National Security Matter. Help me you legal experts.
JMO, but I think when significant segments of congress has been subverted by special interests for as long as it has, then your statement is not necessarily true.
What does bother me is there will never be any recall or mention when previous government shut downs comparison impacts get reviewed over the impact they had. Of this;

Caused by the democrats refusal to stand by the Vietnamese effort to remain independent by refusing them air support and supplemental funding of arm supplies which would have prevented that loss and that humiliating disgraceful evacuation of our Saigon embassy.
Which quickly then resulted in a multitude of Vietnamese being slaughtered and the sacrifices of thousands of our armed forces paying with their lives 58,000 assisting them in their fight for freedom disgraced.

Because we are working with people whose word is NO GOOD. A border wall/amnesty deal means amnesty, and maybe a wall might get started. When Republicans lose power will any of the following happen:
If the wall does get started, will it get finished? Will it be maintained? Will the flow through the gates be regulated?

There have to be priorities. Those who commit other crimes must go. Those who abuse our system by collecting benefits under false or multiple identities must go. Those who decline to assimilate must go. A few at a time gets to two million pretty quickly.
But first the WALL, so they can't just walk back in. Then separate the keepers from the throwbacks.

Will somebody please tell me if trump can “FAST TRACK” to the Supreme Court a final decision on declaring National Emergency to build the wall. Going through the Cheap Judge that the Democrats will get a decision to halt the Wall and then the 9th Circuit appeals process which takes months is ridiculous. There ought to be a way of expediting this straight to the Supreme court. Is there? Please help!
Grahamnesty is ALWAYS about amnesty
1. Trump declares emergency and funds the border wall through the Pentagon and other agencies.
2. House and Senate pass budget bills without the $5 billion for the wall because it isn't needed anymore.
3. Trump signs the bills and everyone goes back to work.

Yes, I agree. However, the moment Trump declares emergency to use defense budget to fund the wall ( a pittance in a $700B defense budget). GUESS WHAT THE DEMS WILL DO AS THEY HAVE DONE IN THE PAST?
ANSWER: They will sue to stop it, and they will shop it to the 9th circuit. Of this, you can rely on.
It will go all the way to the Supreme Court. Which means nothing gets done unless the courts prioritize the case.
What about the other 28 million?
