RALEIGH, N.C. (WNCN) - Two women were arrested for sexually assaulting a transgender person at a bar in Raleigh, records show.
An incident report states that the victim reported on Dec. 10, 2018 being forcibly fondled at the Milk Bar. According to the 911 call, the victim, a transgender woman, reported being assaulted in the bathroom at the bar.
Arrest records show Amber Harrell, 38, and Jessica Fowler, 31, were arrested in connection with the assault. Both are charged with second-degree kidnapping and sexual battery.
The victim said in the 911 call that two women in the bathroom were joking about the victim's genitalia. One of the women also pulled her shirt up and pushed the victim up against the wall, according to the call.

Wait...if a transgender woman is a woman then why mention trandsgender. Why not just say they were arrested for assaulting a woman.

* undermining women’s rights
You’re not allowed to refuse to have sex with a mentally ill man in a dress, you privileged cis-gender lesbian. It is called “the cotton ceiling”. And because transgenders are so much more special than heterosexual women or even lesbians, they win women’s awards and athletic competitions over real women. You’re not good enough to be the women’s standards anymore - man in a dress is.
(80% of transgenders are born men, 75%+ keep the male plumbing, so it overwhelmingly IS men in dresses.)
* threatening women’s safety
How dare you question why that biological male is in the bathroom, shower or changing room with you. You’re being a meanie. Afraid of rapists taking advantage of this access point? You’re just transphobic, bigot.
* science - denying
Y chromosome and biological male anatomy? No! That’s unimportant. Whatever your delusion at the moment is more important than facts.
The irony here is the argument that people are born homosexual but transgenderism is proof gender identity is fluid. So you can be born attracted to men but your being a male or female is fluid? The opposite is more true.
