Shortened title.
Full title: Former Weekly Standard staffers find new home at The Bulwark, a conservative site unafraid to take on Trump
A handful of writers and editors who worked at The Weekly Standard, the now-defunct conservative magazine that was deeply critical of President Donald Trump until its sudden demise in December, have a new home.
Starting Monday, Bill Kristol, a co-founder of The Weekly Standard, and Charlie Sykes, the former talk radio host and conservative commentator, will beef up The Bulwark, a conservative website that has until now served as an aggregator for Kristol's non-profit group, the Defending Democracy Together Institute.

The new site will be devoted to attacking president Trump. It will be funded by Iranian terrorist supporters who hate America.
Ever hear of any of them except Kristol? Not me.
Uh, they must have changed the daffynition of conservative when I was sleeping. They did that one other time with infringed.
Wow, lets take a failed idea and transfer it to a new site!
Kristol has been exposed as a total idiot
So, having failed in the free market, Kristol will now pay himself a salary from his own non-profit organization. I wonder who the donors are? I'd imagine there'd be a lot of crossover with the Clinton Foundation donor list.
A “conservative” site not afraid to take on Trump?! Covering every angle possible. Next they’ll claim that Melania has a blog that’s not afraid to take on Trump.
No mention by CNN on who is funding this. Wonder why?
Then they’re a leftist site, working on behalf of the Democrat Party. Screw them and their advertisers
LOL! That was my exact thought. Talk about bad business decisions. Let's examine something that failed and reproduce that with the exact same format and see if it fails again.
Wait, what?
I suppose we shouldn't be surprised. CNN, NSNBC, NYT, etc. keep playing the Russian roulette with the same formula and can't figure out why they are dying in the ratings over and over again. They think "fake news" is a conspiracy. They can't imagine it's a real thing and that they are the source.
That does not sound very conservative. But then nothing about the Kristol family ever has! One wonders whether George Soros has a hand in this type of "conservatism?"
But for anyone who does not know about Kristol & his daddy: Neocon Phenomenon
More like the Bulsh##...
Good grief. These never Trumpers are a bore.
Sykes had a conservative talk radio show in Milwaukee.
His ex wife was on the short list for SCOTUS.
Well, it’s Bull something or other...............
The weekly Standard was unafraid to take on Trump too.
Kristol is a total buffoon who is taking his orders and being totally controlled by the Deep State. Rank and file Republicans know Kristol is a total fraud!
as is being pointed out, bulwark means a wall
Kristol et al are hypocrites, but thats not new news
I think we're at a time and place where Never Trumps like Sykes aren't considered to be conservative.
The Cheap Labor Express propagandists have a new home.
The Bulkwark. More like The BS. A bulwark for garbage anti-Trump neocon crap.
