I'll giver her a week to resign.
She should have retired during Obama's reign....so he could appoint a young replacement. I'm betting she was asked.
Ricky-ticky-tocky, RBG.
Time to retire.
All of this information campaign about RBG is, in my opinion, disinformation.
The "Plank" stories, how her regular workout would leave a normal person exhausted, her bursting energy, how she began working immediately after lung surgery, etc., etc...
All to lead the public to view her as healthy and fully operational.
To gin up the Democrat base. To prevent her removal for failing health. To squeeze in as many legal decisions as possible, using her barely living body as an instrument.
I see it all as a disinformation campaign by the deep state.
She may be on life support, hidden from the public eye, decisions relayed through handlers to aids who file them.
I believe RBG will be gone before April.
Then when trump replaces her with a conservative, riots will ensue. If you thought the Kavanaugh hearings were extreme, wait until they see the Supreme Court slip away for a generation.
Being discharged doesn’t really mean anything. A hospital room and all the needed equipment can be set up at home.
Dems in the House can impeach impeach impeach all they want.
The Senate votes to convict and the Senate votes to confirm justices. I THINK there is a Republican majority, fingers crossed.
If the Dems turn the House into Romper Room filled with dung flinging psychotic chimps, fine.
You're right. Our last pick was only a virgin when all of his crimes supposedly transpired. This time we need someone who has had no human contact with anyone since puberty.
You're missing the point, this chaos only happens when conservative judges are nominated.
If one is breaking ribs in the same location as the cancer, then this is some contemptible stuff : the deception by a sick woman who likely has metastatic cancer in every space.
She needs hospice not a scotus...
I wonder if they’ll repeat their disgraceful Kavanaugh performance next time.
until then, a 4 - 4 tie will be better than a 5 - 4 loss.
Im sure she wont miss voting on any rulings.

“Justice Ginsburg, can you hear me”?
“Yes”
“Okay, she voted Yes, call the court”.
She’s running an ironman event.
I’m wondering if she is capable of reading the transcripts and if she can comprehend.
That’s amazing.
They should make a movie about her.
The unbelievable wickedness Ginsburg justifies:
Haskell explained the next step as follows:
At this point, the right-handed surgeon slides the fingers of the left [hand] along the back of the fetus and hooks the shoulders of the fetus with the index and ring fingers (palm down).
While maintaining this tension, lifting the cervix and applying traction to the shoulders with the fingers of the left hand, the surgeon takes a pair of blunt curved Metzenbaum scissors in the right hand. He carefully advances the tip, curved down, along the spine and under his middle finger until he feels it contact the base of the skull under the tip of his middle finger.
[T]he surgeon then forces the scissors into the base of the skull or into the foramen magnum. Having safely entered the skull, he spreads the scissors to enlarge the opening.
The surgeon removes the scissors and introduces a suction catheter into this hole and evacuates the skull contents. With the catheter still in place, he applies traction to the fetus, removing it completely from the patient. H. R. Rep. No. 108-58, p. 3 (2003).
This is an abortion doctors clinical description. Here is another description from a nurse who witnessed the same method performed on a 26-week fetus and who testified before the Senate Judiciary Committee:
Dr. Haskell went in with forceps and grabbed the babys legs and pulled them down into the birth canal. Then he delivered the babys body and the arms-everything but the head. The doctor kept the head right inside the uterus .
The babys little fingers were clasping and unclasping, and his little feet were kicking. Then the doctor stuck the scissors in the back of his head, and the babys arms jerked out, like a startle reaction, like a flinch, like a baby does when he thinks he is going to fall.
The doctor opened up the scissors, stuck a high-powered suction tube into the opening, and sucked the babys brains out. Now the baby went completely limp .
He cut the umbilical cord and delivered the placenta. He threw the baby in a pan, along with the placenta and the instruments he had just used. Ibid.
The best part of the whole Ginsberg thing is that she was probably staying on the court, expecting to retire and have Hillary replace her with a candidate of her own choosing.
There aren’t any real political hot-button cases set for argument this week, so maybe she’s saving her strength.
All we have today is a case dealing with FDA pre-emption of state law in failure-to-warn lawsuits against pharma companies, and a case on whether the Fair Debt Collection Act applies to non-judicial foreclosre. The only case of Constitutional import this week is Franchise Tax Bd. of California v. Hyatt, set Wednesday. The issue in that case is whether the Court should overrule Nevada v. Hall, a case from the 70s where they held that a state has no immunity from suit in another state’s courts. Fascinating stuff to me, but not anything that’s going to set the world on fire.
depends on the case....
Hah! Repeat? They'll amp it up by an order of magnitude.
