Bad enough, since the IRS really isn’t supposed to be doing its own shooting. :)
Trump should sell all guns and ammunition. This would defeat the purpose of Obama buying them in the first place.
I remember just going to WM for Federal 9mm (nothing to do with gov’t, lol). I kept missing the immediate stocking.
I was lucky to find maybe a dozen boxes (100 rounds) over a 12 month period - across the WM’s I visited over 3 states during that time. One had a few - I went back and doubled-up after getting a box earlier that night - 24 hours and they were within 5 miles of a friend’s house (my car was at his house).
This was during king Barack, that is.
Guess I’m not the only one who thinks you should have 1,000+ rounds per weapon. Unfortunately, can’t afford that these days.
Before Obama left the presidency, some Freepers were posting articles about diverse federal agencies like the Wildlife and Weather Bureau having such and such amount of weapons and ammo, which alarmed them because they feared Obama and his ilk wasn’t going to leave office willingly.
It was getting some creditably until other Freepers showed them the amount the military and more impressively, in private hands.
Then Obama left and these type of stories died off... until now.
Now I guess the “fear mongers” are worried “The Deep State” is arming to force Trump from office.
The IRS is a law enforcement agency.
They have a criminal investigation division. Of course they have guns.
Broken down into details, especially compared to their respective law enforcement officers, these numbers are not odd at all. In fact, some of the numbers, especially ammunition, seems low. I’ve got more per gun.
When that threatening letter and phone call just need a little more punch.
It was the IRS who got Al Capone.
Just a little over 1000 rounds per weapon? Lots of Freepers can probably beat that average.
For comparison there are 3,142 counties/parishes/bouroughs in the 50 States and Washington, DC. That doesn’t include the 5 territories. So the IRS has just over one firearm per each county...
The EPA feels it needs silencers. I wonder why.
It is against the law for an IRS agent to carry a firearm while attempting to collect a tax debt. And why do all those departments need firearms anyway?
A lot of the government entities were armed under Obama. I think he was just waiting for the right time to declare himself emperor and use them to assume the throne. Fortunately for us that moment never came.
That’s just over 1000 rds. per weapon....pikers!
Heh!
Im sitting here playing Far Cry 5 laughing.
Yeah. Theyre totally unprepared.
;-)
I would like see the requisition orders and the periodic inventory records.
Any of this stuff show up in Las Vegas or Parkland?
HHS being Armed baffles Me.
Thats 4487 too many guns for a civilian agency. They need to be disarmed immediately. They csn always call the f b I or police if any assistance is ever required. Obama was militarizing civilian agencies. Part of his 3 million strong domestic army plans. Extremely dangerous
