Our society tends toward total irony (nevermind lunacy).
OTHER “outsiders” to our crazy society EXPECT normal reactions - pitchforks, mobs, retribution (just as our own nut media keeps expecting tons of “Moslem hate crimes” and chastises us about it) - but we don’t. In fact, we go THE OTHER WAY - totally illogical and self-destructive.
Like a radio personality said, it’s a mental disorder.
Apparently mental illness runs in the family.
In September, Mollie’s father, Rob Tibbetts, wrote an op-ed for the Des Moines Register that his daughter would have “vehemently opposed” anti-immigration views and asked politicians to not use her death to “promote various political agendas.”

That’s a lot of nothing that doesn’t add anything to the story..a 24 year old had someone who COOKED for him, who cares that he has a cousin who dated the suspect or that they had a child together. What’s new in their world? It’s more the norm, isn’t it?
The STORY IS about what the mother of the murdered daughter is doing...someone needs some help...

There is a need for a whole lot of education in that family...There is a big difference - AS MOST PEOPLE KNOW - between immigration and ILLEGAL ALIENS! I don’t know anyone who opposes IMMIGRATION!!!

So the father writes this opinion piece 10 days after her body was found. Why didn’t he take time to grieve for Mollie rather than write an article about how bad we are to migrants. I guess he doesn’t want to face the fact that he and his wife did not raise their daughter to be aware of danger. She was off jogging alone in the evening.
The whole thing smells. Something is off with this family. I’m surprised her parents were divorced. They both seem to share such warped ideas about America and our compassion.
I watched the brother of the policeman killed in California by an illegal. He showed true love for his brother, a legal immigrant to our country. He sorrow was so great, it’s hard to watch without feeling like crying yourself.
Mollie tweeted she hated white people. Wonder if she had time to reflect on that before she was murdered.
Her mama’s house has 4 bedrooms. Mom had a room, college brother was still living at home at the time of the murder, high school brother had the 3rd room, and Mollie was still sleeping in her room at mom’s house occasionally. So, the only bedroom not occupied for this friend/relative of Mollie’s murderer to move into would be.... Mollie’s.
While it’s sad to think of this young woman being brutally murdered, I’ve written the entire crimillegal loving family off.

He and his wife could do EVERYTHING right and she might still go jogging alone in the evening.

While dad was divorced from mom and living a thousand miles away in CA, he was still in contact with Mollie. However, he’s just a loony as mama. Upon his daughter’s killer’s arrest, dad was all about loving crimillegals. Total insanity.
The killer’s girlfriend was afraid of him. There were reports of him stalking other girls. His FB pic had dead eyes and his whole stance was off - maybe the pizza wedge pointy shoes had something to do with it.
Mama’s house guest’s family took care of/provided for the murderer. His cousin was the gf of the murderer. Funny how the parents ran off out of state to Indiana or wherever so ICE couldn’t find them. They KNEW. Half the town knew. They dairy owners knew. The dairy owners (prominent small town family with GOP political ambitions) got caught lying about running the killer through e-verify and SS. A neighbor of the dairy said the place was a “revolving door) of illegal hires.
I’m thinking they’re all related. There were several articles at the time about relatives of both the killer and his girlfriend. His attorney told them not to speak to the media. Of course, some hit the road to avoid ICE. Brooklyn is a tiny little town and the girlfriend was in the year ahead of Mollie so they knew each other and FB friends. There was some talk about Mollie’s older brother knowing the killer. Whatever, everyone knows everyone else in podunk towns.
Back to every knows everyone - The school is jr. high and high school combined. 7th to 12th grades all on the same campus and school population is 257 students.
What would molly do? She’s not available for comment.
I have a nephew that, I’ve been told, has apologized on Fakebook for all white men. This is the first time I’ve been tempted to beat his ass.
