Pres. Trump got that one wrong imo. If I recall, Trump had previously tweeted key Democrats previously stating the need for a secure border in accordance with the direction of politically correct winds at the time.
Note that, as a consequence of supporting the murder of unborn Democratic voters for the last several decades to buy votes, Democrats have unthinkingly wiped out their voter pool. So Democrats are now trying to replenish their voter pool with the unconstitutional votes of undocumented Democrats imo.
And this point should’ve been HAMMERED HOME during the campaign
A commercial showing stick figures coming in from all sides, but especially the south. Meanwhile, a voiceover talks about the overcrowding, traffic, schools, hospitals, subsidized births, crime, the list goes on
“Open Borders” by definition is a losing issue. So is the defense of MS-13, gangs, mobs, etc
The GOP typically played its “Mr Nice Guy” role and lost the house and innumerable other elections

That isn't entirely true! It depends on what you have, and where you got it. We just returned from a visit to Fallon, Nevada. We brought in fresh fruit and vegetables from a farm there, and the Ag Inspection people didn't bat an eye. Then, you can always tell them you've just been to Reno and they waive you through. CA or NV plates help too. What I am wondering, is if their “agricultural inspections” will now include looking for “contraband ammunition?” Coming from northern Nevada though, it's very easy to bypass the Ag Station, as a few years ago they moved it to the eastern end of Truckee, because it was causing serious traffic congestion in its former location just west of Highway 89. During the winter, that location caught all the CA skiers coming from the CA ski resorts creating massive Sunday afternoon backups which were often aggravated by winter weather.
We will be needing one of these every day of the week till the Rats can no longer take the beatings!
Exactly right!! Trump's statement while true, is woefully understated.
He should make clear the very real danger presented by the socialist-dems obvious efforts. Would recommend a national televised address in which he lays out in factual terms that even those among us who say, "So what, open borders might be good." can understand. He could anticipate and counter any of the arguments the socialist-dems would likely present in their response.
Some years ago, Nancy Pelosi claimed in her remarks at the funeral of a leading American female communist, "She was a role model for all of us."
Pelosi is now in a position to play a major role in deciding the future or our country, and she recently stated, "a Wall is immoral."
IF BLACK LIVES MATTER, THEN BUILD THE DAMN WALL!
