upreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg voted against President Donald Trumps proposed immigrant asylum restrictions from the hospital where she had cancer surgery Friday, according to media reports.
NBC reported that Ginsburg voted from her hospital bed. National Public Radio and Mother Jones magazine said she cast the decisive vote in the 5-4 decision against the Trump administration shortly after her surgery to remove two cancerous nodules from her lungs. The ruling blocks the Trump administration from implementing new rules prohibiting people from seeking asylum if they cross the border illegally.
By Friday night Ginsburg, 85, was sitting up in her chair and calling friends, NPR reported.

I think she’ll be gone soon and the majority will soon turn patriotic and Constitutional.
It’s prophetic.
And the bad die old. Ive often thought about this. Maybe God is giving the bad as long as possible to change their ways before they ship themselves to Hell, but brings the good home when they are ready? Just a thought.
She will be calling from her grave to F the conservatives, that is what the GOP got for an almost unanimous vote to elevate Ruth Buzzie to the high court.
ACLU lawyer what did they expect?
Wonder if she even knows where she is.
Congress critters can’t vote conveniently off-site, why are SCOTUS allowed?
That hag can’t go to hell soon enough.
I am one that constantly wonders WHY Evil has such a long shelf life. I think you’ve solved the mystery for me! :)
“Justice Ginsberg, can you hear me”?
“Yes.”
“Okay, she voted yes. Notify the court”.
“Ruth Bader Ginsburg Voted From Hospital To Block Trump Asylum Restrictions..”
She’ll continue to destroy America from the grave if democrats have their way.
“..she cast the decisive vote in the 5-4 decision against the Trump administration...”
No, her vote was a given...the prick Roberts cast the deciding vote.
Ha!
Votes for an illegal action against the Constitution.
ROFL
Yellow journalists at HuffPo “printing the legend.”
she cast the decisive vote in the 5-4 decision against the Trump administration ————
She’s always been a consistent leftist vote.
It was the establishment elitist Roberts, who cast the decisive vote against Trump.
Should never have even been considered for the court. One of the worst mistakes in American judicial history
I believe a tie would have had the same result.
The deciding “vote” was Roberts. Everyone knew where the Commie was going to go with this.
Roberts was mad at Trump because of his criticism of the original Judge on the Ninth who ruled against Trump initially. Everyone is forgetting this.
So Roberts did it out of spite, not law.
