The fiancé of missing Colorado mother Kelsey Berreth was arrested and booked on murder charges in connection with her death, authorities said Friday. Patrick Frazee's arrest came nearly one month after Berreth, the mother of his 1-year-old daughter, vanished on Thanksgiving Day near Woodland Park, a city between Denver and Colorado Springs. Frazee was taken to the Teller County Jail, where he's still being held, Woodland Park Police Chief Miles De Young said Friday morning during a news conference. Authorities do not believe Berreth is alive but have not found her body, De Young said. Frazee's arrest warrant, served at his home outside Woodland Park, has been sealed, Colorado judicial spokesman Rob McCallum said.

Curious to see the details. He’s been pillared for talking to the police and investigators through his attorney or with the attorney present. Her parents lived in Idaho if I recall, so no surprise that her phone pinged there days later. Wonder what was in text to him?

If he's guilty, which seems likely if they are arresting him, then convict and quickly execute him.

Investigators were able to determine Kelsey’s cellphone pinged that day on a tower near Gooding, Idaho, about 600 miles from her home in Woodland Park.

Being in the custody of CPS doesn’t mean the baby is safe...just means she’s not with her dad.
Also, I would fight like the deuce if I were the mother’s parents. No way would I want his parents raising that child. Unless the parents totally disown the guy there is a great chance they will tell the child he really didn’t do it, no matter what is said.
Yeah, I’m one of those parents who may love someone...doesn’t mean I’ll cover for them... not one bit...

Frazee is being charged with murder and solicitation to commit murder. Solicitation means he tried to encourage someone else to commit murder which means there was a second person enlisted to kill Kelsey who told police how it went down. So sad because this woman must have thought she had so much to look forward to and sad for the daughter too.
