The limousine accident that killed 20 people in an upstate New York town in October was over in a few terrible moments: The packed, speeding vehicle flew through an intersection, slammed into a parked car and immediately smashed into a shallow gully.
But the search for answers is taking far longer, as local and federal authorities have found themselves in a standoff over access to the vehicle and other potentially important evidence.
That conflict flared on Thursday as the National Transportation Safety Board released a letter accusing the Schoharie County district attorney, Susan J. Mallery, of blocking its investigative team at almost every turn, including access to the limousine.

No skid marks before the crash.
Owner of the limo company is Muslim extremist and FBI informant.
Now the federal NTSA is fighting with local DA over the limo.
I think it’s more local.
The limo operator had known issues and was still allowed to operate.
Why he was is another question, but I think the local authorities are just trying to cover their own azzes.
They are probably busy looking into the Vehicle’s Ownership history to see if it was ever part of the Limo Fleet of the Trump Organization.

You had a dangerous nearly 20 year old piece of junk on a dangerous road.
20 people died.
I guess there is a conspiracy theory at work here? There usually is.
Maybe one of the passengers was a Loretta Fuddy or a Ron Brown type who was “scheduled” for Arkancide or some such nonsense.
Shortly after the accident, Mr. Hussain’s son Nauman Hussain, the operator of the company, was charged with criminally negligent homicide. He pleaded not guilty.
These scummy people are being protected. They probably are some sort of intel asset for one of the alphabet agencies. Crooked operators in marginal areas such as Pokestan (as BHO pronounced it) frequently sign up as an ‘informant’ as sort of extra insurance.
If they get in hot water over a ‘normal’ criminal matter their friends from the swamp will try to help as is being done here. My guess is the driver will try to plead to a lesser charge and then ICE will be told to start immediate deportation on him so he can join daddy in raghedia and continue their scummy operations. The so-called information this sort of an informant provides is usually either marginal at best and crap most of the time. But these were just a bunch of dumb bitter clingers that got killed so the important folks in alphabet world have to doing intelligencing ‘to protect the nation’. The question is whose nation?
Get Chuck Schumer on the case. He’s the one who held one of his tiresome press conferences after this crash and said the Trump administration must “do something” about it.
They are NOT blocking your investigation, they are OBSTRUCTING JUSTICE and you should ARREST all of them and charge them with the FELONIES they committed.
I knew most of the crash victims and families of the rest. There were no Ron Browns aboard.

I don’t believe the muslim connection had anything to do with anything. I think this was a horrible and tragic accident.

This has nothing to do with the passengers.
The curious part has to do with a Muslim terrorist and FBI informant allowed to violate the law and now in Pakistan.

The feds may have been ordered to sabotage the investigation and make sure the FBI informant’s family is not held responsible.
Look at the Pulse nightclub shooter in Florida. His father was an FBI informant. The FBI sabotaged the investigation of the family.
The Pulse nightclub shooting happened during the Obama regime. As did a lot of other Muslim atrocities. Why? Because officials were told to look the other way when it came to Muslim shootings and killings.
Since Truno has been in office we obviously see how things have taken a much more improved direction.
If this wreck had happened during the Obama regime I don’t believe the NTSB would even be investigating at all.

I am thinking that the DA has a career ending case in front of her if she doesn’t get a conviction and she just doesn’t want the NTSB touching her physical evidence.
If she fails to convict, the locals will replace her at the next electoral opportunity.
I wouldn’t allow the NTSB to muck with the physical evidence either, absolutely not worth the risk of something going missing or creating the opportunity for the defendant to claim tampering or some other bullshit to create delays or grounds for appeal.
They can have all the evidence after the first trial of fact.
