The failure to file as a lobbyist for Turkey under the Foreign Agents Registration Act hardly makes Flynn the modern-day equivalent of Benedict Arnold. It makes him the Republican version of Tony Podesta, who is enjoying his retirement in his home in the upscale Kalomara neighborhood of Washington a few doors down from the former President Obama and his family. It's a great quote, but I look at it differently ...
Working as a foreign lobbyist while serving as a national security adviser for the presidential campaign of Donald Trump -- of all people -- makes him 'effing retarded.

From the article: “...but this was work Flynn did before he became national security adviser in the White House and was unrelated to the Russia investigation.”

Check out the threads where the judge later apologized. The reason for the apology is the judge admitted he had the dates wrong, and Flynn did NOT lobby for our NATO ally (Turkey) WHILE serving as a national security advisor.
The idiot judge also needs to lookup the definition of Treason. It does not include working with an ally.
