Special counsel Robert Mueller on Monday night released a memo detailing then-national security adviser Michael Flynn's interview with FBI agents, in which Flynn repeatedly lied about his contacts with former Russian Ambassador Sergey Kislyak.
The FBI officials who interviewed Flynn, including former agent Peter Strzok, gave him multiple opportunities to describe his conversations with Kislyak. Flynn denied that he spoke to the then-Russian ambassador about sanctions.
The memo about the FBI interview was filed by Mueller in federal court in Washington, D.C.
Flynn is set to be sentenced in that federal court on Tuesday.

Strange use of language. My understanding is that the 302 is not referred to as a memo. It is an official report of a specific investigative activity or interview. In the FBI the official investigative report is written on an FD-302 form, sometimes referred to as the FBI-302 to distinguish it from similar reports prepared by other Federal law enforcement agencies. For example, in the DEA the official report is prepared on a DEA-6. Basically, it memorializes all the official investigative activity conducted by agents in a particular case. All the 302s from a particular investigation are then filed in a specifically numbered case file.

Having looked at it, I’m still wondering why the report is dated February 15, 2017, when the actual interview occurred on 1/24/17. That’s a 22 day period between the interview, and the completion date of the 302 Report. And then it took them another three months to realize it was mislabeled? BS.
I went through it and didn’t see a date/time stamp on it. If it was officially received by Comey’s office, or any other higher-up, wouldn’t it have been date/time stamped to show when it was received by that office? I see there’s redactions, but would they redact the date/time it showed up at Comey’s office? I’m saying Comey, because Strzok or Page asked if Comey had approved the 302 in a text message.
Wasn't there something about Strzok not providing Flynn with a transcript or notes of the calls so he could refresh his memory before answering?
The document starts with Flynn in 2013. It really had to be urgent for Comey (ordered by BHO) to send a couple of agents over shortly after the inauguration to start talking about 2013. Surely they could have done this when Flynn was working for oBozo?
If Muleface sent me as judge this document and no accompanying unredacted document, I would rule in favor of Flynn without explaining why.

Absolutely, because any document created by a law enforcement agency may end up in a court of law. You'd be laughed out of the courtroom if the person who claims they wrote the report never officially signed it.
What is the”a” in 302a? Does the “a” mean amended? Where is the original 302?
As I understand it, Flynn was on vacation, out of the country, when Obama threw out the Russians from their compound in Maryland. The Russians called Flynn (remember, he was on vacation, not in the country) and they were wiretapping the Russian. Because Flynn was not in the US, they could unmask him.
That is what I got from one of Dan Bongino's podcasts - the timing (throwing out the Russians) was perhaps timed to coincide with Flynn NOT being in the US.
This is prima fascia confirmation that they all wanted to “F Flynn, then we’ll F Trump”.

I read through it and my takeaway is that he did nothing wrong and seems to have been mislead into not understanding that he was a target and was perhaps a witness or other non-targeted source of information...
What I find unbelievable is that in 2017/2018 the FBI refuses to video or otherwise record interviews and that they rely upon hand written notes and even in the first 302 it was transcribed from notes 3 weeks after the interview... AND THOSE NOTES CERTAINLY WEREN’T AS DETAILED AS THE REPORT... THE AUTHOR OF THE REPORT IS RELYING UPON HIS MEMORY... Secondly... Both 302 reports certainly appear to have been created on EXACTLY THE SAME TYPEWRITER... I am seeing the same light and dark patterns from platen wear and the capital “K” has the same fading on the lower right leg.. also the capital “R” shows the same abnormality... I’m not going to spend more time on it but this stinks...

That shit is not going to fly. The other FBI’s name is mention all over in the media and internet. Mueller was ordered to turn over ALL documents generated that related to the initial interview. Mueller ignored the order, AGAIN.
Gestapo were bettter record keepers and wouldn’t have lost/ forgotten nearly as much.

I am surprised Flynn didn’t know all the calls in and out of the Russian Embassy are intercepted and recorded. I am sure the ambassador knew it though and if he asked Flynn to lie then he was setting him up.
