U.S. District Judge Emmet Sullivan is scheduled to sentence General Mike Flynn on Tuesday morning, and there’s a lot at stake. To begin with, there’s the future of a fine man who transformed the way we do battlefield intelligence and the ensuing operations against our enemies in Iraq, where we won in large part because Flynn’s (and General Stan McChrystal’s) new tactics, and then in Afghanistan, again in tandem with McChrystal.

President Trump needs to appoint a Special Counsel to investigate the Special Counsel.

"Scrubbin Bob" and his DemoKKKratzi lawthugs need to pay the price for their subversion of justice.

President Trump needs to appoint a Special Counsel to investigate the Special Counsel.

****************

Not going to happen. He won’t even release the FISA docs that he ordered to be “immediately declassified” three months ago.

Nor will he fire Rod Rosenstein who is still in his job as Deputy AG even after defying congress and probably attempting to secretly record the president of the United States.

Trump seems to be very reluctant to do some necessary things in his own administration. Just saying.

To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven:

A time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, a time to reap that which is planted;
A time to kill, and a time to heal; a time to break down, and a time to build up;
A time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance;
A time to cast away stones, and a time to gather stones together;
A time to embrace, and a time to refrain from embracing;
A time to get, and a time to lose; a time to keep, and a time to cast away;
A time to rend, and a time to sew; a time to keep silence, and a time to speak;
A time to love, and a time to hate; a time of war, and a time of peace.

And a time to release the FISA docs so they obliterate “Scrubbin Bob” Mueller and his scurvy crew of DemoKKKratzi lawthugs.

Yeah but the problem is, only the attorney general or acting attorney general can appoint an independent counsel. So that would fall to Matthew Whittaker. He sure has been a silent player thus far.

28 U.S. Code Chapter 40 - INDEPENDENT COUNSEL

Then click on the 2nd bullet point: § 592 - Preliminary investigation and application for appointment of an independent counsel

Perhaps Matthew Whittaker is waiting to give the nation a Christmas present. /s

“Trump seems to be very reluctant to do some necessary things in his own administration. Just saying.”

SEEMS TO BE.....

I think Trump is holding back on releasing information that will exonerate him and his administration UNTIL Muleface(TRULY an EX-Marine with NO HONOR)issues his report.

The SC Report is going to be an all out assault on Trump. Trump is holding what he has to respond in kind. WHEN the time is right Trump will make go Nuclear.

I think it would be a good idea to stop this nonsense about "appointing a Special Counsel."

The special counsel regulations in the U.S. Department of Justice are intended to deal with very limited circumstances where a prosecutor has a conflict of interest. Remember that this is why Rosenstein appointed Mueller in the first place -- because he (Rosenstein) believed he had a conflict of interest over his role in the firing of James Comey.

We don't need another "special counsel." We just need people in the DOJ to start doing their jobs. I think this is already happening -- and the "special counsel" is Matthew Whitaker.

There's one interesting reason why Trump won't flip the switch and expose a lot of this nonsense: He has all the leverage he needs to weaponize these same Federal agencies himself.

How does a career Washington political figure like Chuck Schumer get publicly humiliated like this?

Because he knows he and everyone associated with him is probably under constant surveillance by the Trump administration since this Trump posted photos like this on Twitter:

You may wll be right. That is certainly a possible scenario and explanation for his delays.

However, in addition to the other things I mentioned Trump also declined to release all of the Kennedy documents so there are a number of reasons to be skeptical.

Timing may be one explanation but its also possible that the Deep State is thretening him in other ways. Thus, we may be seeing evidence of a “Mexican standoff”.

Schumer is hiding his face in the picture because he’s high on something. When you watch the video you see a sh[t-eating grin on his face when he turns to the camera.

Yes, he humiliated Chuck and Nancy. It was Trump at his best.

Its fun to watch him in action and read his tweets that expose the corrupt and self-serving DC Establishment but its now time for him to bring the hammer down on them and exert the full power of his office to Drain up the Swamp. The mid-terms are over, Mueller shows no sign of slowing down, and the congress is flipping. He needs to ACT. Words are entertaining, but they’re just words.
