"Moynihan and Doyle argued that according to their research, the Clinton Foundation was acting as a foreign agent, not a 501c3 non-profit organization yet never registered under FARA.
PAGING AG WHITAKER!
The witnesses also told the committee today they had to send their evidence to the Huber investigation THREE TIMES because they kept losing it.
Meadows lost his patience and became furious after Mr. Doyle and Mr. Moynihan refused to give him their documents.
If youre not going to share your information with this Committee, my patience is running out, Meadows said giving the witnesses some time to consult with their lawyers and they still refused."

So it looks as though our hope that Huber would be closely scrutinizing the Clinton Foundation is withering on the vine. for whatever reason, "the witnesses told the committee they had to send their evidence to the Huber investigation THREE TIMES because they kept losing it." wonder if Huber isn't part and parcel of the Resistance movement as well? it appears Hubers folks might be following in the footsteps of our former Atty General Rip-von-Sessions, if they can't even manage to hold on to evidence received. more delaying tactics, you think?

Im confused. If they werent going to present the evidence to the committee, then why did they come forward to testify at all?

Don’t believe everything you read on the innerwebs, especially from a teapartyblog. The last place highly sensitive information should be disclosed is to congress, which has proven to be nothing more than a bunch of leaking, grandstanding blowhards who despite all their promises and fancy words, are like Charlie Brown with the football when it comes to actually doing anything. And who never missed an opportunity to bloviate to a TV camera or microphone.

An Obamabot would not lose Trump evidence 3times.
They either are traitors or the scandal is so great they do not dare put it to light.

They are the ones who are covering up what's in the documents by classifying them as "sensitive".
And you continue to fall for it.
Hey aren't you the guy who thought that Mueller was a white hat and that Sessions was doing stuff behind the scenes?
Yes, that's you.
And apparently you still think that a stonewalling Rosenstein and Wray in the DOJ and FBI are actually white hats.

Meadows was off base with his remarks. The committee invited Doyle and Moynihan to testify; they did not ask to testify. Doyle, Moynihan are in the business of exposing IRS charity fraud. They invest lots of their own time and money in the hope that the government will go after these frauds because they would be entitled to 10-30% of the taxes recovered for the government. In the Clinton Foundation fraud, they would be entitled to well over $100 million and have earned every penny.
They need to keep the documents and evidence out of the public domain where some other group might weasel their way into their claim.
If Meadows doesn’t understand that, he’s just ignorant about how those things work. and Meadows admitted he didn’t understand it; so why should he be pissed off at Doyle and Moynihan?

At the risk of saying something politically incorrect, and offending some libtard somewhere, merry Christmas. On second thought, I hope I DO offend some libtards. Screw all of them. MERRY CHRISTMAS all you libtards. 😁

Maybe so it won't disappear down the Memory Hole like everything else congress, the FBI and DOJ have touched in the last two years.

Yeah, my first impulse was to be pissed at Doyle/Moynihan when I read about this a few articles ago. Now I think they’re probably prudent not to splash their most sensitive evidence in a House committee hearing.
To: Magnum44
As others have posted, Doyle Moynihan make their living this way. There is another issue. If Meadows actually wanted to act, he would have before the lame duck session. Even if he gets the information, the next session of congress will makes sure it gets lost again.
