Speaking as one who will vote for and heavily support DJT in the future, one thing must be said.
The President will have a much more difficult time winning a second term if he doesn't make some adjustments that are addressed in the quoted remark above.
His never ending BOASTING is losing him millions of votes.
To quickly change that (loss of votes) is quite simple.
Examples: 1. Instead of saying "I WON this ...." he should always say, WE won this for the country" .... 2. "TOGETHER WE created the strongest economy for our country and its people" etc., etc.

I know that there are many here who respond by saying , "he has to tweet, he has to get his news out, the MSM won't". That is true, let him tweet all he wants, but the problem is simply the wording of the tweets and all his remarks concerning his accomplishments.
He must REMOVE the word "I" when talking about accomplishments. Everyone knows he's the center of the successful achievement.
If his constant boasting bothers even me, I can see how gross it is to those who have doubts about him to begin with.
(Women, as a rule, do not like men who find the need to brag after they have succeeded at something.)

Tucker Carlson must have been WASTED when he supposedly said this.
Asking the leopard to change his spots is a useless request.
Who can? Maybe Trump should dig up Reagan and have a discussion about who had the “Best Economy Ever (TM)”
His contract must be up for renewal soon. He knows he has to boost his standing with the management at Faux.

It has absolutely nothing to do with this. I think some folks need a reality check on being able to excitedly support someone and also not agreeing on 100% of everything the person says or does, policies or positions. That doesn’t make the person anti this or anti that, a “bed wetter, GOPe, pearl clutcher” or any of the oft mentioned over used terms of the week. It also doesn’t mean the person has some ulterior motive for disagreeing. I too happen to agree with Tucker. It doesn’t mean he is right but for the poster and me he is.

So the go to knee jerk is when someone who supports the President 95% of the time happens to take a stance opposite of or in this case has discomfort with “I, I, I” (a valid point might I add) that automatically makes them part of the anti Trump club, a fake, a this or a that.
That my friend is hero worship and we had enough of that last election with fanatics swearing Obama walked on water, people proven to faint at his mere presence and speak in tongues!

We need a president who keeps his pre-election promises.

We do not need a president who imposes more regulations and taxes on small businesses like Obama did. But the media loved him because he was for the poor, never mind he created more poor people, more food stamps, more free phones, more free stuff.
How many "not capable" people have built skyscrapers and hotels around the world? How many "not capable" people have built businesses that made them billionaires?
Considering the opposition that Trump has faced from rats'n'rinos, it's amazing that he has managed to keep so many of his promises.
Carlson hasn't gotten past the worn-out "Trump isn't presidential" complaint from 2017.
