Judge Sullivan, who is assigned to General Flynn’s case is demanding to see the FBI summary 302 report about the ambush Flynn interview according to a new court filing.
Counterintelligence agent Peter Strzok showed up to the White House on January 24th, 2017 along with Special Agent Joe Pientka to interview General Flynn; the meeting was arranged by former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe.
Flynn was told not have his lawyer with him and soon after the FBI agents began to question him he realized he was being ambushed over his phone calls to Russian Ambassador Kislyak.
The FBI agents who ambushed General Flynn on January 24th, 2017 didn’t write their 302 reports on their interview until 7 months later on August 22nd — this is also AFTER Rosenstein wrote his August 2nd memo expanding Mueller’s scope.

I don’t think the FBI who was setting Flynn up would write in 302 We told Flynn he didn’t need a lawyer.judge. besides can’t the all powerful FBI re-write them?
I don’t even understand why they use these 302s anymore. We live in 2018, soon to be 2019. They have these thingies now the FBI may have heard of called electronic recordings. Why can’t the FBI simply electronically record the interview.
Oh, I get it, it would be harder to fudge an actual recording. It’s easy to write down ‘your recollections’ of the interview to fit the narrative you want to create.

Yeah, obviously to craft the proper pieces for the right story. But then, it is the FBI and they are organized crime experts...
As for it being “HUGE”, we’ll see. Evidence of real collusion, conspiracy, sedition, treason, etc., has been cascading out of the swamp for months and not one arrest, indictment or even a friggin’ traffic ticket.

For the past 2 years we have been treated to a basketball, football, baseball, hockey, and soccer game where the “officials” are all calling fouls, penalties, offsides, and strikes on only one side.
This is good news. No long wait, for a change, to see what the judge has in mind. He wants the 302s by Friday before he sets the sentence on Monday.
