Sadly, as both the first Assistant Secretary for Congressional and Public Affairs and then in a reorganization as being in charge of Public and Intergovernmental Affairs for the Veterans Administration, I did experience many scammers and real criminal types that actually did not go to prison but walked away without being charged after running truly horrific veteran charity scams.

The lesson I learned in trying to bring many veteran charity scams to justice was, sadly, that a legal strategy adopted by defendants often worked. Two FBI Special Agents who were investigating a $ 6 million scam out of the $ 7 million collected said DOJ Attorneys prosecuting charity cases have to respect the power of the word “intent”. Thus the cases were often dropped.

But now the FBI/DOJ does not have that excuse to withhold a prosecution going forward.

Yeah we all know nothing is going to happen. What I have learned these past two years(And knew this before) that Democrats are IMMUNE to prosecution..They can do WHATEVER they want without consequence because they have a D next to their name.

I’m not buying it. I won’t believe there is anything like real justice for the progressive self-titled “elite” class unless and until I see the Clintons (at least Bill & Hillary, if not Chelsea too) in prison orange on their way to life sentences without parole. Actually, given Hillary’s intentionally negligent handling of classified information I believe a fair sentence would be to stand her up against a wall. Unfortunately that will never happen, and I seriously doubt any of the Clintons will ever even be charged and hauled into court, let alone actually convicted. Apparently they have too much money, power, and influence/dirt on too many people. That and people that threaten to come forward with real information on their criminal enterprise turn up dead under the oddest circumstances. So I just don’t see it happening. They got too powerful, too fast for anyone to do anything about it.
