As Jordan Peterson (Canadian) has said, a law that forbids people from saying certain things is one thing -- You cannot yell "Fire!" in a crowded theater.
But a law which demands that people use certain language and say certain things -- that is unprecedented. Not at all standard. That's tyranny.
As the fairly mild-manner Dr. Peterson says, "I'm NOT doing it!!"
People get the government they tolerate.
I am sure that she is very proud that she had a teacher fired.
Wondering if this teacher could have been targeted by LGBT group because he was a Christian, attended a seminary while living in France, and would be highly unlikely likely to address a girl as a boy.
We are now being ordered to accept mental illness as the norm.

Are there that many certified French language teachers out there that they can just fire them for this? And what about the funding?

Maybe a new religion needs to be made that expressly forbids its believers in using the fake pronouns for anyone. Born a boy. Boy for life. Look like whatever you want but biologically he is still a boy.
Or maybe a civil rights law needs to be made to protect people like this teacher. A new protected class. Heck; everyone is in one now except white males.
It almost seems an easy call to predict that this guy’s replacement will eventually get caught molesting the kids.
We really need to bring back flogging as a punishment for conviction of the kind of Gestapo behavior exemplified by the West Point School Board.

Deviant behavior should not be permitted at school
To that student, I would have told then that my gender was Your Majesty, and I expected them to use it.
Where are the parents of that school rising up, not in protest, but in rebellion; demanding the removal of the school administration for this madness? Not one more child, not one more penny for that school until the administration is dismissed! All of this is happening because we are allowing it to happen.

the prosecutors’ case will fall apart in court when the DNA evidence is presented. The teacher is right.
That’s funny. A French teacher. French is completely based on things being male or female. You can’t have the language without the basis of there being two genders and it’s a no no to mix them up.
I shall identify as the valedictorian and anything less than an A is discriminatory. Nonconforming teachers must be fired.
