Crock the Vote Grand theft election in California.

Back on election night, Republicans were heading for victories in California. Three weeks later, Paul Ryan lamented, “we lost every close race.” For the outgoing House Speaker, it “defies logic,” and quite possibly election law as well.

This year California legalized “ballot harvesting,” which empowers a third party to collect ballots and deliver them to election officials. The more than 250,000 election day vote-by-mail drop-offs were also the result of ballot harvesting. And the Election Integrity Project California found discrepancies in the totals of poll and mail ballots cited by the state and four counties in southern California.

“It shouldn’t ‘defy logic’ that elections officials are meticulous in counting every eligible ballot,” California secretary of state Alex Padilla told reporters. “California works to ensure every ballot is counted properly and every ballot is accounted for. In the most populous state in the nation — and the state with the largest number of registered voters — this takes time.”

Suggesting a possibility for my own question, perhaps California patriots who would otherwise get involved in ballot harvesting anticipate possible harassment in the street from doing so.

Paul Ryan no longer has a dog in this fight. He is, and has been for some time, only a spectator in the blood sport of official methods of ballot fraud.

As Joseph Stalin was supposed to have said, “It’s not the people who vote that count, it’s the people who count the votes.” This opinion, or one very much like it, has been repeated by triumphant tyrants all down through history in those places where a franchise of a vote is even offered to the general population.

Democracy, like equality, has many many different connotations, few if any of them beneficial to the human condition.

For democracy to work, there must be a populace that is capable of informed opinions, and has access to the real situation on the ground. For equality to work, there has to be a mutually agreed to set of ground rules, and the will to enforce them fairly and impartially.

The Republican Congress of 2018 needs to update the statutory apportionment rules to bring them into line with Amendment XIV of 1868:

“Section 1. All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the state wherein they reside...

“Section 2. Representatives shall be apportioned among the several States according to their respective numbers, counting the whole number of persons in each State, excluding Indians not taxed.”

Amendment XIV changed the apportionment method, basing it on citizens instead of (free and 3/5ths of enslaved) residents.

The Voting Rights Act needs to be amended so Republicans (a minority group) in California and the Northeast have representation in Congress, as has historically been done to ensure blacks get elected into Congress.

Not bad. The kicker is, if the policies were fairly and impartially enforced, we’d all have a hard time finding an elected Democrat anywhere but in the most Blue/Liberal areas of the country. And I doubt you’d see more than a few in any Governor’s office.

I’m sure a form of this voter fraud took place in a huge number of states in many varying ways.

There needs to be an investigation ordered by President Trump immediately. Or, he may already have the proof.

I get angry at their evil language. It’s always “to make sure every vote is counted and encourage everyone to vote”. It sounds nice. In reality the Demonrats enable every single method that could be exploited for fraud with few means of detecting improper activity, of course, by design. The R’s are stupid enough to believe the nice talk and what their real goals are.

Now we have early voting, provisional ballots, motor-voter laws, automatic registration, ... Get rid of it all!! It doesn’t discriminate against either party and if there’s no fraud why fight it? In fact, as people tend to become more conservative as they age, if some elderly folks can’t make it to the polls then it would still be an advantage for D’s. I’d like to see purple fingers too.

There’s just way too many avenues to corrupt. What I find odd is that R’s don’t do anything. The FBI doesn’t seem interested (hmm, wonder why?) in going under cover to see what happens to those voter registration applications the D’s collect. My theory is, as they have the name/address/signature of a person that hasn’t and probably will still not vote, they just get absentee ballots and mail them in.

It has already been done. Democrats and the media sabotaged the committee Trump set up.

Trump was forced to disband it.

It defies logic that election officials should accept votes provided by a third party.

How do your verify that votes submitted by a third party are valid and legal.

How could the election official know that the votes collected by a third party were cast by real voters?

The ballot comes in a sealed envelope signed by the voter. The signatures are checked against the voter registrations.

I have written several of my state legislators in an effort to convince them to draft an effort to file a suit against counting that state's electoral college votes in the next presidential election. Since they can't validate the legality of their voters, they are essentially allowing their fraudulent system to steal the combined votes of; Idaho, Utah, Arizona, Montana, Wyoming, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Iowa, Oklahoma and Alaska.

I often encourage people I communicate with in other states to do the same. If a couple of states would create a buzz on this issue, it might wake some people up.
