That has happened to blacks to some degree, where their poor performance in Universities that set aside a number of slots for Black Americans, ended up filling those positions with more reliable Black African and Caribbean immigrants - who are grateful and hard working students.

Pretty happy as an Orthodox Jewish guy I can legitimately avoid being with a woman (not my wife or kids) alone.

Totally unsurprising. I tend to agree with those who say hire the best people, regardless of...whatever...but if you’re in a management role, you’re not just responsible for your own conduct, you’re responsible for others’ as well.
If someone under your purview screws up, in order to survive you need to ensure that you have created and sustained a culture of inclusivity in your organization and you need to have documented it. It’s always helpful if you can show you have disciplined the boorish behavior of the men for whom you are responsible, and/or others who have not yet adopted all this new-fangled thinking.
It’s do-able (I’ve done it) but it does create more work for yourself. Is it worth it?

Women who grew up with a father in the home and had a brother or two are vastly different from the single mom, sister only types. Pay attention to family background. In my experience it makes a noticeable difference.
This movement is another attack on the remaining fabric of society. Trust is destroyed, teamwork is weakened and costs escalate. You must mitigate risk at every turn - never meet alone with a woman, always have a record of all encounters, don’t socialize off the job and observe rigid rules of interaction that apply equally to all, etc.
Some 20 years ago I made the vow to never work for the bundles of insecurities called women, and I didnt. Looking at resumes now and unless youre over 50 years old, the bottom of the pile you go. Ive had it up to here with the lost generations. And if I smell lib meat, you dont stand a chance. As far as women, give me a ball-bustin conservative every time.
