Yup. The cavemen had nothing to do with it. His arrogance actually knifed him to death in the rental car on the way out of the airport, then rolled his body into a trunk and carted him off to the island, where the innocent cavemen had to watch, helpless, as his arrogance buried the bloody body in the sand, then made off in a dingy.
