ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT DEPORTED 20 TIMES GRINS IN COURT AFTER RAPE VICTIMS SPEAK.....

A Mexican man who was deported from the US 20 times has been convicted of 10 counts including sexual assault in Oregon............. Sergio Jose Martinez, 31, was sentenced to 35 years in prison in a Portland courtroom after pleading to first-degree burglary, sodomy, sex abuse, kidnapping, robbery, and second-degree assault.

Martinez smiled throughout the trial, and as he left, he gave one grim parting shot to his two victims’ relatives: ‘See all you guys in Hell.’

Martinez had been freed from jail in Portland a week before the attacks; he was in there for interfering with police and providing a false birth date.

He was released despite a request from US Immigration and Customs Enforcement for the Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office to hold him so the agency could take him into custody.

After 35 years, ICE would be able to take him into custody if they monitor his release date, the attorney said. By then, Martinez will be 66 years old.

#13. I was going to say that I’ll bet $100 this POS doesn’t live to service his whole sentence, esp. if there is a white or Hispanic gang who doesn’t like what he did.

Make him a eunuch, and put him in a jail cell with one who isn’t, if you get my drift

Is there a reason he can’t be shot and fed to the hogs or taken out to sea and thrown over for the sharks and crabs?

First, he needs to meet justice in prison and, importantly, second, some official who authorized his release needs to meet justice, also.

Some major lawsuits, against the City, State, whoever got this ICE nonsense instituted.
Make it personal, go after individuals.

And yet, as I understand it, Manafort is sitting in solitary confinement.

Shouldn’t he be sentenced to death in Texas then?

Or does Oregon want to save his life?

Mexico (and some US lawyers) argue that it is illegal to execute Mexican citizens.

I am sure that this warms the cockles in the hearts of the open borders activists who have plagued Free Republic for years.

Time to line the border with graves of those who would do harm to us..catch a convicted murderer breaking back in, shot on site..make that part of sentencing before deportation, any attempt to enter the Usa by convicted felons will be met with a bullet at the border

If I am remembering the same cases as you...it involved one or two Mexicans facing execution in Texas for murders committed there. By treaty they are allowed assistance by the Mexican consul which they didn’t receive. (It could be that they didn’t know they were entitled to it). Mexico and their lawyers demanded that President Bush stop the execution(s). Texas executed them anyway.

If we had an honest press - a reporter could add up the costs of exporting this lowlife 20 times - include court costs, judge’s salaries, jail time, prison time, ICE expenses etc...

The money involved would make a nice talking point for conservatives...
