I might have bought a La Crosse but it would have been against my better judgement since I swore off of GM after it became obamamotors.
My family were all GM since sometime in the 20s. None are now.
Chevy Impala has been around seemingly forever. The market for such cars has changed.
GM is cutting 15,000 jobs in America, but not slowing production in Mexico.
Isn’t Ford also phasing out sedans?
It seems that the big American car companies are ceding the sedan market to Toyota, Honda, Nissan, Hyundai , etc.
I think I am going to buy a Hyundai Sonata, made right here in the United States.
I need to rebuild my 59 GMC pickup.
Well, to be fair, except for the top of the line GM stuff, it’s all crap.
No loss since one knows what these models are anyway.
Bad news for NE OH
Breitbart: Six Years Ago Obama Promised to Buy a Chevy Volt. Now It Is Dead
...The Volt was a very high-priced car that was heavily subsidized by government policies, both federal and state, favoring electric vehicles. Many thought its high-price tag doomed it.
...Obama, who once described the manufacture of these cars as jobs of the future, could not be reached for comment.
We’ve always called the knobs falling off, headliner crumbling, AC vents disintegrating “GM-ite-is”. It’s a real thing.
My 03 Silverado has 295,000 miles on it. I see no point in spending 70k for a new one.
I drove a Cruz as a rental car — it wasn’t bad at all.
Of course, they are going pedal-to-the-metal with electric cars even though their electric car sales are disappointing. This tells me that PC is at work here.
Eventually my 79 K5 will be operational.
Hopefully going into next year, I will be able to throw some resources at it. My two jeeps take priority.
Over Thanksgiving I didn’t get to do much than crank it over for a second. It’s out of commission for the moment.
Hopefully over the weekend I can visit it again.
It’s not exactly home but very close by.
Bammys not there to bail them out this time.
ObamaMotors bump for later.....
The only reason to buy an electric car is to impress your liberal friends.
