I might have bought a La Crosse but it would have been against my better judgement since I swore off of GM after it became obamamotors.
My family were all GM since sometime in the 20s. None are now.

Chevy Impala has been around seemingly forever. The market for such cars has changed.

GM is cutting 15,000 jobs in America, but not slowing production in Mexico.

Isn’t Ford also phasing out sedans?
It seems that the big American car companies are ceding the sedan market to Toyota, Honda, Nissan, Hyundai , etc.

Well, to be fair, except for the top of the line GM stuff, it’s all crap.

Funny...Toyota seems able to sell an abundance of Camrys even though the Cruse is tanking. Maybe its not just a fashion change. Maybe GMs crummy cars are catching up to it.

I drove a Cruz as a rental car — it wasn’t bad at all.
Of course, they are going pedal-to-the-metal with electric cars even though their electric car sales are disappointing. This tells me that PC is at work here.

I refuse to buy a GM (Government Motors) product any more since Obama stole GM and gave it t the UAW.

I have to admit, I am disappointed in how badly the Volt has done. There is a lot of infrastructure that needs to get built to support electric cars, and the Volt, which is capable of using gas or electric, seemed like a good bridge until there is enough charging stations.

Most XTS cars are sold to limousine and taxi companies.
I think my parents had an XTS. It sucked for ingress/egress, so I'm surprised transpo companies would buy the thing.
I'd have to contort myself to get in it or out of it, front or back.

What a windfall for about 10K to 12K GM union members... Factory closing means instantaneous vacation retirement with a great salary/benefit plus lifetime healthcare coverage...
Tony S. couldn't have fashioned it better...

I wonder if the Cruz would have any sales if not for the vast numbers in rental fleets.
