Even at 26k, the number over 32 years would be roughly 812 per year or 68 per month. Those numbers are mathematically insignificant. Based on the total population, the monthly would be 0.000000193452381.
The ‘researcher’ should have used 260k or even 2.6m for the numbers to be ‘frightening enough’.

I must have missed that world because for the past 56 years here in New York the temps have remained absolutely the same each season. 90s in the summer, low 20s in the winter although this past week it went down to the 20s even though we’re still in autumn. And by the way, I live right by the water, Long Island sound. We have a pier here that’s been around since the 1800s. It’s still above water. How is that possible if the ice caps are melting?
