Rep Paul Gosar has said that he plans to seek charges of treason against four FBI officials for treason in trying to topple a legally elected president.
He claims that their actions were not only illegal but constituted an attempted coup of a sitting US president using false dossier information that they knew was really opposition research (lies) paid for by Hillary Clinton and the DNC.
He is seeking charges against former FBI Director James Comey, former Deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe, former Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates and Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein.

Hillary Clinton paid for the dossier and Obama approved the fake FISA warrant application base don the dossier. This are the leaders of the4 coup. The FBI were soldiers not elders.
I'm sure he approved of it. But his staff undoubtedly protected him by signing it themselves and notifying him with a CC. There's a similar pattern for Hillary's classified emails. Her underlings stripped off the "confidential", "secret", or "top secret" and sent her the info. Or they transcribed into their email client. There were a small number of "(C)" (for confidential) markings that slipped through (compared to the number of classified emails sent).
To pull the same stunt with the fake FISA they merely had to send Obama a report with important details whitewashed, the same way they withheld important details from the FISA court.

I think the appropriate charge would be Sedition.
For those who might not know, the Rosenbergs were not tried for treason, but rather for espionage. Treason must meet a higher Constitutional standard, and the punishment for treason hasn’t been a death penalty since the Civil War.
I want to see the charges brought and people in jail, detained.

What he is saying is true and obvious. The question is whether or not there is such a thing as law in this Country.
