Treason is a charge that,IMO,would never stick against any of the major players here.The Rosenbergs (among certain others) were surely guilty of treason.Those driving this Collusion Gate stuff are guilty of conspiracy,among other things,but treason...as specifically defined in law...is a stretch.

For those who might not know, the Rosenbergs were not tried for treason, but rather for espionage. Treason must meet a higher Constitutional standard, and the punishment for treason hasn’t been a death penalty since the Civil War.
