WASHINGTON — Chief Justice John Roberts is pushing back against President Donald Trump's description of a judge who ruled against Trump's new migrant asylum policy as an "Obama judge."
It's the first time that the leader of the federal judiciary has offered even a hint of criticism of Trump, who has previously blasted federal judges who ruled against him.
Roberts said Wednesday the U.S. doesn't have "Obama judges or Trump judges, Bush judges or Clinton judges." He commented in a statement released by the Supreme Court after a query by The Associated Press.

Roberts is a compromised fool.
He says what his owners tell him to say, even if it’s completely outside his swim lane. And totally inappropriate.
This is the Chief Justice stepping squarely into the political arena of the day. And making Trump’s point for him.

This is a rare time when I agree with Barack Obama in his early days. John Roberts has disgraced his office as a Chief Justice of the United States Supreme Court. I think the only ones who like Roberts are the Bush family and their globalist friends.
Really hope Ginsburg retires or whatever in 2019, because Roberts is simply not a very reliable fifth vote, as we saw with Obamacare.
It’s going to take another appointment by President Trump before it can be said to be a conservative court.

If the Executive shouldn’t criticize the Judicial branch, why is it OK for the Judicial to criticize the Executive?
Judicial partisanship is a severe problem in the United States.
It has gotten so bad that Presidential elections are now mainly about control of the Supreme Court.
By making this bold statement, “Compromised and Blackmailed Chief Justice Roberts” has just signaled he is still under Obama’s Blackmail thumb, and therefore is NOT QUALIFIED to sit on ANY Court, let alone the Supreme Court.
President Trump, it’s time to “out” Roberts, and replace him with a true patriot.
President Trump is correct and Roberts is deluded if he actually believes what he said.

John Roberts just provided President Trump with the ammunition sufficient to claim that the Supreme Court is biased against the Presidency. Their rulings exceed their authority and are therefore become an obstruction to a coequal branch of government acting within it’s prescribed power.
The only court competent to decide this issue is the US Senate and only if articles of impeachment are passed in the House of Representatives, but can the biased Chief Justice preside? After all a Judge may not try his own case.
