James O'Keefe's Project Veritas released undercover video Tuesday of a Texas poll worker admitting that "tons" of non-citizens are being allowed to vote.
In the video (embedded below), a woman tells two Travis County poll workers that her boyfriend, a DACA recipient, is in the car because he is nervous about not being able to vote. She let's both poll workers know that the boyfriend is not a citizen.
"If he has his ID that's all he needs — if he's registered," the first election worker reassures the Project Veritas journalist.
"It doesn't matter that he's not a citizen?" the journalist asks clearly.
"No, Don't pay any attention to that. Bring him up here," the election worker says.
When the journalist tells a second election official that her boyfriend is DACA recipient and worried about his being allowed to vote, the poll worker dismisses all her concerns. "Uh, uh," she replies reassuringly. "From early voter — we've got tons of them."
"Tons of DACA voters?" the journalist asks.
The woman answers in the affirmative.

In a tweet Tuesday, Gov. Greg Abbott (R-TX), who was also safely re-elected Tuesday, responded to the video, "I can't verify if this is accurate. I CAN verify that it will be investigated and if it IS accurate, illegal votes will be tossed out and wrongdoers will be prosecuted."
The Texas attorney general, Jeff Mateer, also said he would look into it.
Travis County chief deputy clerk Ronald Morgan Jr., however, wants legal action taken against James O'Keefe and Project Veritas and has referred the journalists to the district and county attorney's offices.

People who don’t see Texas turning purple aren’t paying attention. They’re going to be shocked when Texas helps put a Democrat in the White House. Better to recognize reality now while we can address it rather than burying our heads in the sand and pretending it isn’t happening.

Texans look behind you. There is nobody...get involved, it is your job. The governor and Cruz’s office...contact them.
That may be true, Brian, but "free and fair elections" depends in a larger part part on enforcement of election laws. That may well include your agency taking legal action against negligent or blatantly corrupt state election officials. Are you and your agency up for that and, if so, what does your record look like?
Much of the fraud that is occurring is not visible to the public. Nonetheless, start prosecuting such officials and the electorate will likely respond with an increasingly greater amount of cooperation.

Immigration and non citizen voting has cost the Republicans so many states:
California: 1992
Colorado: 2008
Nevada: 2008
Virginia: 2008
Texas, Arizona and Florida are next unless something changes.
Same here. Some people HAVE to go to prison for this.
we only have 2 years to somehow get a voter ID and ballot handling/count law at the federal level for any federal position in a nationwide election. If there isn’t 2020 will far outstrip this election for illegal voting and ballot handling.
FReepercide does seem to loom on the horizon around here. Every time I think we’ve hit rock bottom on democrat’s disgraceful actions yet ANOTHER story bubbles up from the cauldron. It truly is disheartening & maddening to see the PURE UNADULTERATED EVIL on display day after disgusting day. With seemingly NO chance of ceasing. What to do with this time of limbo.

There is no such thing. There are registered Texas voters and four million of them voted for the El Paso-born Beto.
Every other law the left/dems can break, they have. If the gop.. justice... don’t get ahold of the voting fraud, there will be no use in voting. They will get what they want by any means ..
Where are the investigations that should already have been going on... they get by with one ... they do more... after more.. there is no law for THEM.. just for the rest of us.

They certainly are in my New York State county. And this is the first time I've seen this one: Election inspectors, when certain names on the books show up to vote, are required to demand ID--driver's license or birth certificate. And the signature has to match the book.
They scrub people from the rolls who have moved or have died by sending registered voters mail periodically and watching to see if it's returned "undeliverable."
Our county has plenty of illegals--but there are no mysterious hordes from the major problem countries showing up at the polls.
A trial and prison would be fine. Making a concerted effort to not end up radical over all of this.
