Good evening, ML...((HUGS))...did you and Penny get out for a hike today?
We are looking at a couple days of rain. I’m tired of this rainy weather. Ice is everywhere.

THE GREAT AMERICAN SONGBOOK
HARRY WARREN
DOWN ARGENTINE WAY: TWO DREAMS MET
Kate had gone from naughty girl in 1927 to an institution in American recording. This is how most of us remember her.

Yes, it did. Snow on and off all day but still not much.
It’s sloppy slushy out there..

I knew Ben years ago when he had a band that played in Raleigh a lot. Then he left the band to move to Nashville to do his own thing.
When I moved back to TN a few years later, I saw he was playing at a club in Nashville that I went to occasionally so off I went to hear him. I had a t-shirt like the album cover in the video and stood right up front while he was playing. He freaked out and flubbed up a little when he saw it. He had no idea anyone there would have even heard of Majosha and didn't know I was in TN either. It was a nice reunion backstage after the show.
This is the type of music he played back in the day ...

THE GREAT AMERICAN SONGBOOK
HARRY WARREN
DOWN ARGENTINE WAY: TWO DREAMS MET
By 1940, Dennis had replaced Kenny Baker as the Irish tenor of the day. He became a regular with Jack Benny for decades, moving into television with Jack. This is from Jacks radio show with Phil Harris backing him.

Yes, we’ll get up there throughout the winter to unpack crates and set things out. I’d hoped we’d do some of it tomorrow since it will be such a nice day.
Oh well.
I do need to get back into the normal rhythm. WAY too many early-rise days the past few weeks and I haven’t felt right for a while. Felt a bit puny, to be honest.

That’s darn good stuff! It’s a wonder he didn’t want to buy your t-shirt for his memorabilia. LOL!
