ARIZONA, Office of the Secretary of State Elections Division
Proof of Citizenship Requirements
https://azsos.gov/elections/voting-election/proof-citizenship-requirements
A person is not required to submit proof of citizenship with the voter registration form, but failure to do so means the person will only be eligible to vote in federal elections (known as being a federal only voter). A federal only voter will become eligible to vote a full ballot in all federal, state, county and local elections if he or she later provides valid proof of citizenship to the appropriate County Recorders office.
If Arizona is allowing illegals to vote in federal elections, then we are beginning to lose control of the govt, immediately lacing our legislature and executive branches under the potential control of foreign govts, and eventually our judiciary branch as well. This is untenable and needs to be addressed by homeland security and the FBI immediately, and I think new elections are in order in AZ!
It’s rare that you hear about all the legal fictions that have been invented around the American Indian. They are in a sovereign nation within a sovereign nation (a logically impossible situation.)
In effect, members of a sovereign nation are allowed to vote in the election of another sovereign nation.
May I add: new elections that are effectively limited to citizens? (To be distinguished from mere residents.)
The feds could expand its laws pertaining to false claims of citizenship made to voting registrars, to include effective verification of such a claims and severe penalties if any non-citizen is recorded as voting in any federal election.
Such verification would seem to turn on a national (federal) voting ID card which would provide reasonable assurance to registrars. It would be most economical at the same time to resolve the anchor baby issue. MAGA!
WATCH: "Non-citizens" in disguises offered ballots to vote. "We just require that you state your name and address" say the poll workers. "We don't need" ID they repeat. "We simply need for you to make an X in this box." Here's evidence, @sarahcwestwood pic.twitter.com/0cghexuggM— James O'Keefe (@JamesOKeefeIII) November 16, 2018
The facts are as follows: Poll-workers on camera offered ballots to disguised individuals, and iterated that no ID was required. Can you also kindly deal in facts, and not fabricate intent? We did not try to commit felonies -- we showed vote fraud can happen. https://t.co/8TYpNM38O0— James O'Keefe (@JamesOKeefeIII) November 16, 2018
BREAKING @Project_Veritas: MORE Non-Citizens Voting in TX? "We don't check" For Citizenship pic.twitter.com/MqzEgMWDkk— James O'Keefe (@JamesOKeefeIII) November 7, 2018
Prop 200 (2004) was pretty straight forward.
It did about as much as AZ was allowed to do within the confines of federal mandates. Then the 9th Circuit got involved...
Do a Duck Duck for “AZ prop 200 2004” and you can get the complete text of the proposition.
This is because of a recent SCOTUS decision that held a state can only us U.S. citizenship as a requirement for voting in state elections, but can't enforce it for elections to Federal offices. However, this also creates an easy way for the Federal government to check on whether a person voting in a Federal election is a U.S. citizen, as required by Federal law. All it needs to do is get the AZ "Federal qualified only" list and require each person on thatlist to prove his/her citizenship to ICE.
It’s going to be interesting to see who Ducey puts in McCain’s Senator slot when Senator Kyl goes home at the end of the year. The Zonie voters already said NO to McSally. Pass the popcorn.
Obviously a Democrapit ploy!
Now we know how flakey Flake got elected!
Even though I am not a resident of Arizona, I feel I should be able to vote too
If your name is on the voter rolls it is not a requirement to show any ID in California.
Just voted in this last election (where my choices were democrat, socialist, communist, ANTIFA, or environazi), showed the poll worker my California drivers license, she said that wasn’t a requirement.
I asked her how she knew “I was who I said I was”, just got a blank, dumb stare in response.
SMH
Actually the state is requiring proof of citizenship. There's no federal requirement. That's why they would only be able to vote in federal races.
Can the state require them to show it in federal senate and house races?
And just how many “expats” do you have from New York, New Jersey, Vermont, Maine, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia, New Hampshire, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Ohio, Michigan, Ohio, etc?
The disease isn’t just spread by California creepazoids.
They come from all over the country and a lot come from south of the border.
As a Native Californian I am damn sick and tired of taking ALL the heat for the PROG/LIB/DEMOCRAT/COMMUNIST/SOCIALIST cancerous plague that is sweeping the country!
They come from all over and you even have your own HOME GROWN examples.
Wait. Aren’t all the votes for state and federal on the same board when you vote?
How would they know if you just voted for federal elections?
I am so confused :)
Can something like Borough President be on the same ballot as US senator?
To late slick, you ARE BUSTED, and believe me, YOU ARE GOING TO HEAR ABOUT IT.
I may regret that post the most of any I’ve ever made!! :(
And I made one that got me kicked off for a year once!!
I’m surrendering early on this one and asking NO TERMS!
Most of our voting laws were written before inter state and international transportation became so easy and fast.
We didn’t have a lot of people moving around from state to state, or foreigners sneaking into the country by the train load.
The voting laws need to be changed to reflect the new realities of modern transportation.
