As someone on another thread pointed out, this is what appeals courts are for.

Climb up the chain until you get the decision you want, just like the Demonrats would.

In my opinion, this is why the markets are crashing today. If you can not trust the integrity of the elections, how can you trust there is any integrity in the markets? The longer this drags out, the more the markets are going to crash. Ive got 1/3 of my life savings in the markets via our 401k. I’m not saying were doomed, but it is not looking good for the short or long term.

Something we will have to revisit later but, as far as Scott and Desantis’ races, this would be like closing the barn door after the horses got out anyway.

I’ll bet every single county employee is corrupt from the top to the bottom.

Maybe, but it could prevent them from manufacturing any more votes.

Undervotes refer to a ballot cast by a voter that does not appear to include a pick for one of the contests. Overvotes occur when a voter appears to have picked more than one candidate within a single contest.

In both casees, such ballots should be tossed as invalid. Period.

Jeb is feeling guilty or hoping to regain credibility to Republicans:

Former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush (R) called for the removal of Broward County Supervisor of Elections Brenda Snipes.

"There is no question that Broward County Supervisor of Elections Brenda Snipes failed to comply with Florida law on multiple counts, undermining Floridians’ confidence in our electoral process," Bush tweeted.

"Supervisor Snipes should be removed from her office following the recounts."

A non-vote is just as valid as a vote. Often when I go vote there is no-one I support, I leave that race blank. I do vote on other things that are on that ballot . You are saying that my vote should be negated because I didn’t vote for something I don’t support? How progressive of you, komrad.

As for overvotes, by definition marking more than one selection in a single race disqualifies the ballot, so I do agree there: these ballots shouldn’t even be included in the initial count, but held aside to corroborate the # of votes cast.

No! Scott screwed up. He should have declared an emergency, seized control of the ballots and the station, set up cameras and observers everywhere.

Then, of course, it would have gone before this judge, who would have issued an injunction, but he'd be appealing that, and still have control.

P-9-10! Which is short for "Possession is 9/10 of the law."

Scott wimped out.

"impound ballots and voting machines in the county when they’re not in use,"

There's the fly in the ointment. The Socialist Nazis are currently using them as hard as they can to steal the election.

That’s the first thing that came to my mind, too. To much chaos — exactly what the Rats want.

I should have specified that they should be considered as invalid for any recount for the specified race.

Right they should been impounded immediately. As usual we bring marshmallows to a knife fight.
