Following the continued antics, failures and willful disregard of the law by Broward County Supervisor of Elections Brenda Snipes and Palm Beach County Supervisor of Elections Susan Bucher, the Scott for Florida team has filed emergency motions and complaints to protect the security of ballots and the ongoing recount process. These filings request that FDLE and the Sheriff’s Office be required to impound and secure all voting machines, tallying devices and ballots when they are not in use until the conclusion of the recount.
Considering Supervisor Snipes’ history of breaking the law by destroying ballots and Supervisor Bucher’s recent failure to follow legal requirements for reviewing ballots, these filings also request that both Supervisors be ordered to comply with all legal obligations and preserve all ballots and records connected with 2018 election.
Additionally, the Scott for Florida team has filed a complaint requesting that ballots illegallycounted after Saturday’s noon deadline by the Broward County Canvassing Board -a violation of state law- not be included in official returns. View the complaint HERE.

They’ll probably all survive it, and the GOP candidates...who obviously won...will never do anything about them. I live in Florida, and my reliably GOP St Johns County was destroyed during the McCain campaign (I thought he was odious, but I vote GOP) because the poll-watcher database only for the GOP went crazy and had obviously been hacked.
Our Supervisor of Elections was quite law-abiding, but she never challenged anything and she said it must have been just an error...yeah, like all the GOP poll watchers (who not only monitor the election site, but accompany the ballots to the Supervisor’s office) were suddenly wiped out “by accident”????
I went to my polling place because that was what they told us to do as a fall back, but we had no legal authority, which we would have had had we been approved poll watchers.

She is an elected official. He had the opportunity in 2016. The backlash against him would have been great because regardless of her corruption, they like Snipes. He gets tagged a racist, overnight.

That’s my question, too. This has gone on and on for years and should have been dealt with long ago.
If it weren’t for the voters and critical to have another R Senator, I’d say Scott could go to hell.
