Well, Gov. Rick Scott’s legal action against the shoddy ballot counting antics in two of the most liberal counties in the state seems to have clinched its first win: A Florida judge ruled that Broward County, the largest Democratic county in the state, was in violation of state law, and that Brenda Snipes, the county’s elections supervisor, was in violation of open records act. Ms. Snipes was not giving regular updates on how many outstanding ballots were left. She was just dumping vote counts in the late hours, which has chipped away at Scott’s lead, but the secrecy and the timing was suspect. Why is Broward taking so long? Hurricane Michael-ravaged counties have been able to count their ballots on time. Now, she must comply with records inspections by 7 P.M.

I understand your logic, however I have too points to make. 1) Remember the Committee to investigate voter fraud that was formed shortly after the 2016 election? A short time later they disbanded and turned their findings over to Homeland Security.
2) One morning as I was walking to my truck, I noticed footprints in the dew laded grass. someone had climbed my fence and was casing my property. I didn’t call the cops, I just made some puja boards and laid them in the grass. Two mornings later, one had a good amount of blood on it.

Hopefully getting an order to wiretap the broward election supervisors phone and look at all her personal e mails to present to a federal grand jury. She is personal friends with matt cadwell. She is silently very pissed and likely doing something big.
Court should find all of Broward County ballots “spoiled” and declare that it’s the election commissioner’s fault.

I doubt the additional ballots are separated from the Legit ballots. So if it cannot be recovered, the county results should be de-certified and not included in the election results.

I don’t know the law, but I’d imagine there are several actions that can be taken when an officer refuses to comply with a lawful order. That said, I doubt any action will be taken. The elections official is a liberal and has pigmentation immunity.
We shall see. I’m not sure that is a valid legal defense for a criminal act.
