EMERGENCY COMPLAINT TO ENFORCE FLORIDAS PUBLIC RECORDS ACT AND REQUEST FOR IMMEDIATE HEARING
Plaintiffs, the National Republican Senatorial Committee and Rick Scott for Senate sue Defendant, Dr. Brenda C. Snipes, in her official capacity as Broward County Supervisor of Elections, Florida (Supervisor of Elections), and state as follows:
1. This action concerns Plaintiffs rights to access public records, pursuant to Article I, Section 24 of the Florida Constitution, and Chapter 119 of the Florida Statutes (the Public Records Act).
2. Voting in the 2018 General Election concluded November 6, 2018. Two days after voting has concluded, the Supervisor Of Elections is unwilling to disclose records revealing how many electors voted, how many ballots have been canvassed, and how many ballots remain to be canvassed. The lack of transparency raises substantial concerns about the validity of the election process. An emergency hearing is necessary as the Canvassing Board is obligated to submit the unofficial elections results to the Division of Elections by noon November 10, 2018. A recount in at least two, possibly three, of the statewide races appears likely.

its not like republicans weren’t forewarned...unbelievable...
A revote disenfranchises every other voting area in the state. A revote, in addition, would likely result in a much larger turnout in order to gain enough votes to overturn the results. Why should a democrat majority voting area be given another chance to add to their vote totals knowing full well just how many extra votes are needed? The answer is that they should not be. What they should do is throw out the results in Broward because they cannot be trusted.

WELL SAID. This is exactly why we don’t want do-over elections.
Yes, she invalidated votes.
Here in King County, Washington, a tear-off number is given to track our the vote. If the vote wasn’t counted, one can call and ask questions.
Levin was all over this tonight on his show. Mark had the state Repub chairman on and in a kindly manner asked this guy what’s going on. The chair came off as a bit of a weenie to me...not much of an ass kicker. Levin wanted to know why the county election official in this mess based in its (her) past behavior is still walking around free.
Isn’t this “thing” the one Hillary met with prior to Election Day 2016? Just nuke Broward County from space.
You’re correct. In post 20, I wrote that all Broward County votes need to be removed from the equation. If the voters have a problem with that, point them to the incompetent election office
THAT is great to hear. Please keep us updated on developments.
Surely it’s not too late!!!!!
Good job Rick
Thank you
Sends Marshalls in too
Dont ever concede too quickly to a Democrat. Dont ever give an inch. In fact, perhaps as Gillum may retract his concession, so too should Republicans who have lost close races. And isnt it astonishing that if an election is ever too close to call, it almost always is won by the Democrat?
This woman has been stealing elections for rats since her first election in 2002. A court found her guilty of multiple violations of election law. A real legislature would have impeached and removed her from office long ago.
But, she is a woman. Oh, and black. So removal from office is out of the question.
And in Georgia... I believe they are trying to steal it as we speak. I think Dekalb county has become our Broward county I also think GA district 6 results should be challenged (also Dekalb).
.
The horse has left the barn. Broward will produce enough extra votes for Nelson to hold his seat and for Gillum to take the governor's office.
