A Florida teacher says she discovered a locked ballot box that was left behind at a polling site in Miramar.
Teacher Lakeisha Sorey told The Sun-Sentinel she came across the box on Thursday afternoon and said it was located in the same area at Sunshine Elementary School where voting had been held earlier this week.
Sorey said she was concerned the box, which was labelled "provisional ballots," might have contained uncounted ballots and decided not to meddle with it.

Darn tootin !
If we had a DOJ, they would charge the responsible FL election officials with voter fraud and violation of the civil rights act for denying one person one vote by failing to maintain proper custody of voting materials.
I was listening to Sean Hannity on the way home in my car today. He said there was a time limit as to when Florida counties had to report their election results, and that Broward County has never been on time. I tried to search for info online as to this claim, but was unsuccessful in finding anything. Any Florida Freepers out there who know about this?
Fresh off the printing press. Of course there is no voter fraud in America.
Looks like Broward County should be forced to use ballots with serial numbers, with each one signed out.
Let’s see: a black public employee “finds” ballots in one of America’s most Democrat counties. Of course.
No chain of custody. Whatever is in there is garbage.
This is crap, invalidate the whole Florida election. One state ID in hand one vote. Get your ass to the polls no electronic, no early voting no provisional this is going to turn into anarchy real soon.
Of course she did.
We need a Mueller type on our side.
Did it ever occur to anyone that the Repubs don't care if they lose. Many want Trump out too. If they wanted to win they would be all over this vote stealing like flies on you know what.
I think McSally has been thrown under the bus too.
What if Conservatives make those rules????
I have worked the last 11 elections in Florida and there is no such thing as a ballot box. When the ballot is put into the scanning machine 1 page at a time the scanner counts all areas marked and a window pops up saying you have a blank ballot, You look and put it back in and press the button saying you know after the 6th page is scanned the totals change and all 6 pages are automatically dropped inside the machine into a canvas huge pouch. after the pct is shut down the bags are removed and sealed with serial numbered seals and the numbers are written into the Head Clerks file as well as the machine operators file an the drivers from the BSOE office pick them up at the poll if the pct is a top 15 pct otherwise the clerk has to drive to the machine center at Lauderhill Florida for the canvassers to look at and the posted results of the pct is posted for everyone to see ouside the pct.......
Oh yeah them there “provisional ballots’ sign up today you vote today...we’ll check later to see if you were allowed to vote...maybe...
designed for illegal aliens and others...
Just like evidence that falls out of the chain of custody cannot be used in a criminal trial. Votes that fall out of the chain of custody should not be counted.

my thoughts as well
cut and paste saved me from having to put it in my own words.
.
THANKS
If an ironclad chain of custody of the box from the voting poll to the discovery cant be established, the box shouldnt even be opened.
You can be sure it isn’t just the contested elections. It’s the elections that were fairly close, too. Democrats cheat. How many elections we lose because of it I am sure is beyond most people’s scope of belief.
100% correct!
Hey, how else can you get turnouts above 100% like some Philly precincts do in most elections? It's a time-honored process!
