The tweets angered me so much. She was doing her job, the arrogant jerk refused to give up the microphone for the next reporter, the President has most likely indicated it was time to move on. Others said that he said, “Enough!”

POTUS ahould immediately implement the following policy. If any member of the media calls out or refuses to stop speaking or interrupts, the conference will end immediately. The press will quickly police their own members if they ever want to have another opportunity.

I guess the fact that she was officially the one in charge of the microphone, not Acosta, doesn't matter since the fascists believe that CNN & Acosta have authority over all Presidential press conferences, not the President and people in the employ of the White House.

I have reviewed that video quite a number of times. It is clear that his left arm came down on hers. However, as much as I despise Jim Acosta, I don’t think that this was a purposeful hit. It looks like it was very unintentional, as if his arm was coming down to grab back at the mic that she was grabbing from him. Of course, she had the right to take the microphone away, as the President of the United States basically told him to stop talking, and he kept talking on a White House owned microphone. She was doing her job, and he was clearly trying to stop her from that, plus being disruptive and disrespectful to the POTUS.
There’s no question but that he is one of the more obnoxious SOB’s in the entire media, but I don’t think he’s guilty of assaulting that young lady. Nonetheless, the CNN ban is fully justified.
When he pushes her arm it is forceful enough that you can clearly see her shoulder and head being jerked forward, putting her off balance, and causing her to then take a small step forward to regain her balance.
Give Acosta’s pass to those nice young people at Right Side Broadcasting Network.
They treat EVERYONE with respect.
