Gillum 2020? Why progressives are chattering about a Florida Democrat still running for governor
Vox, the lame millennial fake news hype ^ | 11/6/18 | Laura McGann and Stavros Agorakis

Not a chance. Kamala Harris already has an ad hoc election committee running that could become a real one in 2019. Harris is learning from both Obama and Trump in getting a committee up and going early.

Report them to your supervisor of elections and file a complaint with the state.

Age eligibility starts at 35, not 45. Senate is 30, House 25. Yeah, people were a great deal readier to take on the world 230 years ago than now - that is abundantly clear.

“Why progressives are chattering about a Florida Democrat still running for governor”

Answering that question is easy: they are as arrogant and tone-deaf as ever. They still think that they are smarter than everyone else, and they still despise us, and they still believe that they deserve to run things. It will not only take Trump’s election in 2016 and somewhat of a drubbing today, but a massive win by Trump in 2020 to get a lot of these people to begin to understand that they are not the center of the universe - if then. There are a lot of people who believe that the only thing which will alter their perception of reality is shooting them.

The tough thing is, with a gop statehouse the taxes and such won’t actually happen, but his impact will be much more insidious to the state. Judges Secretary of State influence, etc. it’s going to be tough to ever prove to a Gillum voter that he’s hurting the state. This is the only chance to really stop the madness.

Why progressives are chattering about a Florida Democrat still running for governor.

Because their cupboard is bare when it comes to presidential talent.

I actually was caught off guard and didn’t know what the law was - they pointed at the signs saying “no campaigning beyond this point”. I didn’t want any problem with my vote being counted so I went along with it. Maybe I shouldn’t have - I might report it like someone else suggested.
