Last month we looked at the news out of Texas where prosecutors had uncovered an organized ring of people who were harvesting ballots and then helping voters (particularly senior citizens) fill them out. They were allegedly filling in ballots by the thousands in a clearly coordinated effort. It wasnt definitive who was behind the scheme at the time or which party the fraud was supposed to be supporting, though there were indications that the majority of the fraudulent ballots were cast for Democrats.

Now the prosecutors in the case have more details to provide to the public. I know that youll be absolutely shocked to learn that funding for the operation was allegedly provided by a former County Democratic Party leader who also tried to get her associates to refuse to cooperate with authorities when the law was closing in. (Star-Telegram)
A Fort Worth woman recently indicted on voter fraud charges paid others involved in the scheme with funds provided by a former Tarrant County Democratic Party leader, court documents filed this week say.
After learning about a state investigation, Leticia Sanchez one of four women arrested and indicted on voter fraud charges allegedly directed her daughter to send a text message to others in the scheme, urging them not to cooperate with investigators, state officials say.
The allegations are made in the states notice of intent to introduce evidence in Sanchezs criminal case, where state officials say she was among those who collaborated to vote for certain down-ballot candidates with a number of north side residents mail-in ballots.

Dems did it?
Unexpected.
Keep this in the TX AG office.
Getting DC anywhere near it will make sure it never sees the light of day.
“Leticia Sanchez”. Isn’t it racist to use this “Latina’s” name?
One tried it on my mother to no avail.
Thanks to our complaint, procedures (and staff) were changed.
Life sentence, bitches.
How many more are out there, I wonder.
When their sprung from prison early, they’ll be given a hero’s welcome by the Democrat party leaders, just like Melowese Richardson was given for multiple voting.
Works for me
We were living in California in 2008. When I went to vote, the voting place had been moved, the poll workers (now all young and Black) were all different than those who had been at my regular polling place ( all elderly and White) for the previous elections, and there was a young woman at a table helping an elderly woman fill out her ballot. Voter fraud has been rampant for some time. I cannot say the areas or which way exactly the fraud leans (I could guess but), but I know we need to get integrity back in our elections.
Voter fraud
Conspiracy
Conspiracy to commit voter fraud
Tampering with evidence
Wow! Racking up some serious charges
Oh come on, I keep reading in all the major media outlets that voter fraud is non-existent and we don’t need to worry about it.
If the feds made it a serious felony to commit voter fraud on any ballot that includes a race for a federal office of any kind, they can get these fraudsters locked up for a long long time and send a message that this will absolutely not be tolerated. Set a mandatory minimum of 10 years. Any elected official voting against it will be essentially waving a banner in support of law-breaking.
Time to charge the Democratic Party as a criminal enterprise under the RICO statutes.
Precisely!
Anyone against voter ID supports voter fraud.
Any political party against voter ID [i.e. the demonrat party] commits voter fraud - early and often/always!
Is this a future vote preventing felony?
Dems involved with vote fraud? I’m shocked! Shocked I tell you.(/s)
Thousands of votes? Coordinate effort? No, impossible!
Unpossible, Obama and the media tell us there is no voter fraud.
Many of my friends died fighting for this country and protecting the rights of Americans. You usurp that through voter fraud - you deserve to die...and send your family a bill for the rope.
