Friday on MSNBCs Andrea Mitchell Reports, former Republican National Committee chairman Michael Steele called President Donald Trumps proposal to end birthright citizenship via executive order engaging in stupid at a level that we have never seen before.
Steele said, It is better from Trumps perspective to have a base that is angry and mad at someone other than him. It is sort of the 1950s racism that has been reintroduced into the body politic, and he is thriving on that. So, you know, a great jobs number, and wages going up, and tax cuts, and Supreme Court appointment s appointments, and, yeah, but you should be really concerned about, you know, those brown-skinned people coming from the south. That is to me why you see and hear a lot of women, especially responding the way they are starting to respond. Like at the end of the day, that is not how I want to raise my kids, and they are moving away from that.

Steele has proven time and again over the years that he is cerebrally challenged, and yet keeps opening his mouth to confirm it.
He knows nothing about the proper reading of the constitution for "birthright" citizenship and "subject to the jurisdiction thereof".
Yet he has to get his "racist" and "brown-skinned" digs in so he'll be invited back on PMSNBC.
Steele is also a political harlot of the worst order.
I used to like Steele.
I really did.
This guy is from the era when the RNC was trying to lose as much as possible. It’s the only skill he has.
*Steele has proven time and again over the years that he is cerebrally challenged, and yet keeps opening his mouth to confirm it.*
good one!
Republican National Committee chairman Michael Steele

Bush League Republican
The only thing they care about is keeping the Cheap Labor Express running.
Completing the GHW Bush Plan for North Mexico (aka USA) is behind everything they do.
The new undercurrent is that GOP folk are upset that Trump is not talking about the economy. That's code for "we wish he would stop talking about illegal immigration because that's making us take a position on it too" and they'd rather not have to lie and say they are against it.
Steele was an affirmative action selection. His racial advantage is disappearing.
I guess he missed out on all those things the Democrat party did for decades. Must be nice going through life and never having to open your eyes.
Yet Trump is at least 1000 times more accomplished than Michael Steele. Who is he to criticize?
Says it all.
White -guilt ridden Freepers were burning me many years ago when i stated he was an affirmative action hire. Hands-down the worst RNC Head ever..this puke makes obama look like a genius.

Excellent point.
What a loser. I once had high hopes for Steele, but he lost his Senate race. I guess it is just as well that he lost. He did not deserve a position of eminence among Republicans.
“It boggles the mind that this knucklehead once headed up the RNC”
He’s not the exception but the rule in the party of bush, the GOP. Most bushies, rinos and neverTrumpers voted for hillary.
He was never anything more than the GOP’s pet Negro....”See? We have one too!”
Brainless political hyperbole...
“Operating at a level of stupid we have never seen before....” Oh, but we have, frequently. That is not at all what is happening today. We are experiencing a competency in the presidency not achieved for at least a century.
Steele is no longer even a RINO.
Guy was, and is, a total catastrophy.
In a party desperate for black candidates he couldn’t get above the lieutenant governor level.
