What is going on with DRUDGE REPORT? The news selected seems designed to dishearten conservatives. He continues highlighting the Nate Silver prediction that the democrats have an 86% chance of taking the house. This is very different from what I am seeing elsewhere.
Is the site under different editorial/management from past elections? Has anyone else noticed this too?
Drudge has gone over to the dark side.
Ignore him as any other outlet of the Ministry of Propaganda.
I went to Drudge fairly often during the 2016 election season.
Other than that, not much. Wouldn’t miss his site if it went away.
He’s a NeverTrump and has become totally unbearable. I have barely looked at his page in the last couple of years. I get all my news links from FR and LibertyDaily.
Yeah, he is a never Trumper.
You could also think that he is trying to get conservatives to vote.
I know this is OT for this thread but Larry Sabato said the other day on FNC that early voting didn’t matter.
Only in does in AZ where 75 percent vote that way.
And Republicans have a 104,000 vote tally higher than Dems already this year.
Mr. Sabato said HRC was going to get three hundred and some electoral college votes in 2016.
Mr. Sabato also uses campaign money as a way to predict election outcomes. If so, he losing that one with Beto in TX.
Until recently Drudge was the first website I looked at each morning before I even turned on TV. Now I avoid. He’s back like he was von the 2012 when he kneecapped Newt in favor of Romney
I haven’t visited Drudge’s website in more than 15 years, so I have no idea what’s wrong with him. He’s mastered the art of posting sensationalist clickbait.

He is probably trying to SCARE conservatives into voting.

The problem with LD is their incessant pop ups. Makes it annoying to use. Put your ads on the sides like everyone else. The Wash Times is the same way.
Has been going on for a couple of years now. Coupled with bizarre fellating of of Javanka.
We know he’s been deathly afraid of getting knocked offline—he warned Alex Jones of the threat back in 2015—but the anti-Trump, except for Ivanka Trump, stuff is trully bizarre.

All MSM public polls can be — and purposely so.
I have stopped visiting Drudge. I have noticed that things have been different with that site for over 3 weeks now, well since I was last there.
Something changed but there are better sites now so I no longer visit.
I don’t really know but the theories are:
1 Drudge is gay and he turned on Trump when the president didn’t support transgenders in the military. Why gays have to support transgenderism is beyond me but it’s certainly possible.
2 With the country so evenly split, and liberal hatred of Trump so high, Drudge may have diversified in order to attract a wider audience.
3 Both of the above.
Whatever it is, I think Drudge is often misguided as a result.

I stopped checking Drudge because you don’t know the source until you click the link. Way too many times it was WaPo or NYTimes. I don’t want to read any of their fake news even if I did not have to pay for it
