Florida is a hot and sunny place. The sun beating down on those photos/stickers/etc. would fade those items pretty quickly. It's hard to tell from this distance, but it looks like all of that stuff is pretty fresh, like it was just added to the van recently.
Sorry, but not buying this, it is all too pat.
