Florida is a hot and sunny place. The sun beating down on those photos/stickers/etc. would fade those items pretty quickly. It's hard to tell from this distance, but it looks like all of that stuff is pretty fresh, like it was just added to the van recently.
Sorry, but not buying this, it is all too pat.

could be fake, but definitely are photos of Trump and Pence, not Sanders.
Though apologies to Tony, I can see how at a distance the Pence photos from a distance could be confused for Sanders.

True, the sun would have those faded pretty quickly. Since the stickers are not faded, law enforcement did not make the driver remove them for blocking driver’s vision, and dims have not vandalized that van you are right it seems too pat.
I would say that van was decorated just for his arrest.
