Yes they are, and they are leaving an evidence trail that will come back to bite them. By using the mail they are committing federal felonies. As I said in another post, postal inspection officers are, or at one time anyway, were as good as any other law enforcement at prosecuting mail fraud and crime.
Avenatti better check that office in Newport Beach he just got evicted from, he might have a suspicious package too.

What I’m afraid of is that the one at Pelosi’s office actually does go off and she is injured or dies. Interesting rook sacrifice for the left and sells the ploy.
As this all unfolds, it is interesting to see how the news agenda quickly changes. Are these all anti-Trump targets? Was the FBI involved? I won't be surprised to hear that the FBI had informants involved and that they are the reason the bombs have not detonated.
If the Florida one is real and part of this, that means this is rather widespread. A group? How many more?
In our 24-hour news cycle, will they have this wrapped up and arrests made before the evening news? Seriously, it all is going that fast that I wouldn't be surprised with that outcome today.

Notice how ALL of these “bombs” have been “sent...”dropped off” ….to places where OTHER PEOPLE OPEN THE PACKAGES!
These packages probably are from Schultz.
What better way to protect the sender, than by putting the real culprit in the return address. Obviously, her thinking is that authorities would presume the culprit would never use their own address, so she could hide in plain view.
None have exploded.
