A 49-year-old man died from his injuries after he was shot by a homeowner during a confrontation Monday morning, police said.
The homeowner told police he heard a noise coming from his detached garage near 400 North and 800 West about 7 a.m., according to Orem Police Lt. Craig Martinez.
The homeowner then grabbed a handgun and went to the garage and confronted the 49-year-old man who was in the garage, Martinez said. The homeowner then shot the intruder multiple times after a confrontation in the garage, according to Martinez.
The 49-year-old man, whose name was not immediately released, was taken to a hospital in critical condition, but later died from his injuries

It’s renewable every five years and all you need to do is take a class locally and apply for it. Now, Congress needs to get on with the Reciprocity Bill so it’s good here in CA.

My daughter is at U of U. She has told me there are lots of long established (Hispanic) illegals in the I-15 corridor. You know, dreamers who are here at no fault of their own.../sarc (just in case that was needed)

Hopefully, that kind of disregard of Federal Law would start the ball rolling on cleaning the RATs out of California. The Second Amendment, once it’s been “clarified” by the SCOTUS now that we have a Strict Constructionist Majority, will not be allwed to be trivialized or subverted by recalcitrant states. The first person injured or killed by a State LEO for exercising his Second Amendment Rights will bring swift retaliation by the Feds as long as we have Trump.
