It’s renewable every five years and all you need to do is take a class locally and apply for it. Now, Congress needs to get on with the Reciprocity Bill so it’s good here in CA.
We already know that Democrats have no respect for the laws they don't like. They would still throw out of staters in jail for carrying concealed, even with a federal reciprocity law. It's for the children, dontch know?
