By midday or so there should be links on all of the cable and TV networks. Unless something special occuring, I doubt Fox and others will carry directly live. I usually grade the Fox or Golden State feeds. The RSBN has been increasingly iffy. I think they are overspending to send the crew out to each—not sure why they need 4-5 people. But not my money and not sure their game plan. Begging for money each week is going to be losing proposition in the long run.
Bring your tablet and phone, work remotely? That’s what I’ve done when Trump comes to Reno. We’ve been to three of his events and looking forward to the next even though it will feature lame urge to support Never Trumper Heller.
Not really sure why this area was chose either. It’s all safe house districts. Maybe trying to drum up support for Governor. Both DeWine and Cordray are wonks and tough to get excited over either of them. Senate is Brown’s to have.
Taking the kids to the Ford Museum.
Had to get away from the crowd.
Wife waited 25 min. to get in town for the apple fest. Can’t imagine what this will be like.
The ticket says building E with doors opening at 4. That fairgrounds building shows a capacity of only 3000.
The Ohio Treasurer, Josh Mandrel, dropped out of the primary due to his wifes illness. He would have made a great senator and I believe could have beaten that snake Brown.
3000? He’ll get 30,000 if there is room!
Renacci has been the absentee candidate. I have seen him anywhere, don’t watch much TV so I haven’t seen any ads. Hardly any yard signs. I wonder if Renacci really wants this. Meanwhile, although OH-1 shows a 9pt lead for Chabot over Pureval which is good because Hamilton County is getting Bluer by the day with the flight to northern ‘burbs.
Dunno where you get these ridiculous numbers.
DeWine is up 2 in most polls. OH GOP insiders tell me that’s about right.
Renacci is down 2, according to OH GOP. Most think a Trump visit will put him over the top.
So far, early/absentee voting in OH looking JUST LIKE 2016 when Trump won by 9. An analysis of one county’s “unaffiliated/independent” voters shows when they are allocated by previous voting history, Rs are up 13%.
Rs have a 600,000 registration advantage on paper. But there are a bunch of unaffiliated voters. When these are properly allocated by previous voting history, Rs have a 300,000 advantage with only 2,000 Us unaccounted for. In other words, that 300,000 is a very solid registration advantage.
This doesn’t give you the exact dates, but he’s got an ambitious schedule for the rest of this month. Going to CA and also to MI.
I suspect, when it gets close, he might do two and three a days.
Please check: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_post-election_Donald_Trump_rallies
I got these from RCP. They of course are an average of all, but seems like they had polls from just a couple weeks ago that had Renacci down 18 pts.
I hope you’re right because no one can understand why he’s coming.
We need to sweep the three House seats up.
Governorship might tighten up, but
YOU HONESTLY SEE RENACCI AS A CONTENDER HERE?
I dont use Wikipedia. I also suspect that is not a current or accurate list at all. For example Stewart in Virginia is completely written off by the Republicans. I seriously doubt Trump will go out there and speak on his behalf. I also see nothing for Nevada, and other states where there are key, competitive races.
I think this is ever changing. I don’t think they plan more than 72 hrs in advance.
Remember 2016 that Trump plane would literally change course in mid air, and fly somewhere for a quickly arranged rally at some air hanger.
I can see him doing the same here. YOu won’t get the same crowds, but he can knock off, 3 to 4 of those a day. It embarrasses us to not vote.
These are local races....He can fly into a Congressman’s district.
ANYBODY KNOW WHAT DISTRICT LEBANON IS IN?
re: Josh Mandrel. I’m not so sure he plays well with all but the most faithful Republican voters. There’s something a bit too “insider” about him. He’s been much too quiet as State Treasurer. I fear that he is not with us Deplorables.
That is a misnomer, the three thousand “fixed” seats are available when the majority of the building is used for displays, for cattle auctions,, animal shows, Rodeo, etc. activities. Using the entire building for the Trump rally will probably hold about 10,000 people!!!
Actually a good number of attendees camped out on the fairgrounds last night to insure they would get good spots to see the POTUS close-up. Hundreds of other folks are already arriving in droves.
That’s great to hear! I live in NKy and am leaving now. I guess I still have a chance to get in. Thanks for the info.
KaSICK is backing who? Or, is that whom? I digress. I suppose KaSICK won’t be at the rally and will be backing a democRAT!
Hopefully he gets in a few shots at Kasich.
