FULL TITLE: Breaking: Rod Rosenstein Refuses to Turn Over Subpoenaed Memos – Backs Out of Thursday’s Congressional Hearing
As we reported earlier today Rod Rosenstein is one of the most conflicted and corrupt officials in US history.
According to multiple reports, Deputy Attorney General Rosenstein has given a verbal resignation to Chief of Staff John Kelly following an explosive NYT report he wanted to wear a wire and oust Trump from office. Last week, Freedom Caucus Chairman Mark Meadows (R-NC), who previously filed articles of impeachment against Rosenstein, called for the Deputy Attorney General to appear before Congress under oath this week.
But today Rosenstein notified Congress he will not turn over the subpoenaed memos and will not appear before the House Judiciary Committee on Thursday.

I think he could easily get rid of Rosenstein by doing one thing: releasing the declassified FISA docs. They will, at a minimum show Rosenstein deceived the FISA Court. This is grounds enough to remove him and no one in the GOP could come to Rosenstein’s defense over this. Firing would be completely justifiable.
Instead, Trump has allowed Rosenstein and our “allies” to conceal the evidence in the FISA documents from the American people. Whatever happened to America First?

It will soon be apparent to the masses of asses that the whole of the corrupt ‘administrative state’ is in open rebellion. They have been for 2 years. They needed no inspiration. They all voted for hillary. They have all been in #resistance and #sabotage mode since Trump was sworn in.

Why then did the president put his authority and credibility at risk when he ordered the “immediate declassification” of the FISA docs, only to back off on that order? Why would he do that if he feared a Mueller impeachment report? There are only two possible answers:
(1) he was confident he could get the documents released and put pressure on Rosenstein and delegitimize the Mueller investigation or (2) he miscalculated.
Rosenstein is clever and bold. He’s not someone to leave around to create more mischief. I think Trump is making a terrible mistake by not taking him out, which he could accomplish by releasing the FISA docs. They are the Rosetta Stone of the entire scandal in my opinion. Why? Because the Dems have fought so hard to keep them from being revealed. They know its political dynamite.
No, the question you should be asking is why is Rosenstein, an employee of the executive branch, allowed to defy and stonewall congress and the president.
