I was thrown off by "Oregon".
The city of Vancouver, Wa is just on the other side of the Columbia River from Portland. On a day with no traffic (which never happens) one could drive from downtown Vancouver to downtown Portland in about 15-20 minutes.

Those are the statistics the TNCs proffer to promote their services, you know.
They’ve got “studies”. (I wish that were just sarcasm)
I would be dubious of his claims, too, but for a different reason: Most red-blooded swinging-d###s wouldn’t leave their truck ANYWHERE overnight.

Unlike all the liberal hoaxers, this could actually have occurred. He’s got the receipt for Uber documenting that they took him home. If his car was torched after he left, one can realistically believe that it was someone other than him that did it.
