Taylor Swift has broken her long-held public political silence in an Instagram post encouraging her followers to vote in the November midterm elections and slamming Republican Tennessee representative Marsha Blackburn.
“In the past I’ve been reluctant to publicly voice my political opinions, but due to several events in my life and in the world in the past two years, I feel very differently about that now,” Swift began the post, which was accompanied by a moody, black-and-white photo of the superstar.
“I always have and always will cast my vote based on which candidate will protect and fight for the human rights I believe we all deserve in this country,” she wrote. “I believe in the fight for LGBTQ rights, and that any form of discrimination based on sexual orientation or gender is WRONG. I believe that the systemic racism we still see in this country towards people of color is terrifying, sickening and prevalent.”
“I cannot vote for someone who will not be willing to fight for dignity for ALL Americans, no matter their skin color, gender or who they love,” the post continues.

Apparently, she is claiming to be a resident of my district, TN-5. It’s not enough the totalitarian terrorist Communist scum she’s chosen to align with has ruined the states she has expensive housing in (CA & NY), she now wants to ruin TN as well. I will be proudly counteracting her vote in MY lifelong district.
What a bizarro world we live in when Taylor Swift goes full Stalinist-terrorist retard and Kanye West is the heroic, revolutionary voice of courage and reason.
Blackburn is ahead by (at least) 8-10%.
Physically, I found her extraordinarily attractive. But this just exposed how superficial it was. Kanye West has a more beautiful and courageous soul than she does, and I say that as a straight male.
We all know Dolly is a Democrat, but she isn’t going to go out of her way to offend the bulk of her fans and those going to her popular theme park (which, of course, are Republicans).
Sadly, you may very well be right about her having sold her soul. I believe countless people in power and celebrities have done so. The politics merely confirm it. The late Fr. Malachi Martin said as much 2 decades ago in his famous interviews with Art Bell.
I would say positive race relations peaked in the ‘80s just before the explosion of rap/gangsta rap and all that garbage. The left has deliberately exploited divisions across the board and especially so under Zero. But as for Taylor, she’s just regurgitating talking points of the same totalitarians that have made the divisions we have now.
The times they are a’ changin’.
Trump at 35% black approval with another 5% “don’t know/won’t say.”
He’ll be at 50% approval in 2020, and probably get 20% of the black vote.
Kanye will be indispensable to him achieving this.
Transferring this support to GOP candidates is paramount. It will be curious how close he gets to Nixon’s 1960 performance of around 30% or so, still the high-water mark since.
I have argued it’s a 3-step process:
1) 2016, 3% of blacks stay home
2) 2020, that 3% plus about 5-8% more are added to Trump’s 6% in 2016 for a total black vote of 15% or more. Another 3%-5% stays home.
3) 2024, that additional 5% now votes (total of 20%) and another 15% or so doesn’t vote. The original groups identify by now with the Republican Party.
Considering we knew she is a Leftist, did you expect anything different? Lesbo sister.
